On the Omni journey
I’m still in the first week of taking them, I haven’t noticed anything yet but I know it’s going to take time.
I do like that they are not like most gummy’s that stick to and get in your teeth. The favor is nice but wish there were other favors not just the watermelon.
Excited to see how they make a change in the months ahead.

Tastes amazing and I've tried many brands over the years. Post workout recovery is instant especially after a leg day. I lift heavier and more consistent at 53 than I have any age before and I know for a fact because nothing in my routine has changed accept for Omni creatine. Thank you!!
