My 1st order. I have had knee surgery and I hope this will help me.

Easy to find what I was looking for and order. I have been using Omni for three weeks and do see a difference in my menopausal muscle mass. It is smoother. My belly is less prominent.

The website was mostly easy to navigate. I did end up with extra pouch which may be on me because I didn’t read carefully and thought then extra didn’t go through.

I would strongly caution anyone considering an OMNI Creatine subscription based on their advertised money-back guarantee.

I placed my first subscription order for one pouch. After receiving and trying the product, I wasn't satisfied and contacted OMNI within their 30-day guarantee period to request a refund. (The product has a weird taste that other competitors don't have. No good...)

Their written refund policy could hardly be clearer: the OMNI Free Guarantee applies to the first subscription order, and for a one-pouch order, one OPENED pouch is eligible for a refund if you aren't satisfied.

Initially, customer support responded quickly—but they simply sent me a link for their standard return process. When I replied and specifically asked about using their advertised money-back guarantee for my opened pouch, the responses suddenly stopped.

I followed up repeatedly—4–5 separate attempts—asking them to address my refund request. Nothing. No explanation, no denial, no acknowledgment, and no refund.

I can't say why OMNI stopped responding, but the experience is incredibly frustrating: advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee, respond promptly until the customer actually tries to use that guarantee, and then ignore repeated requests.

A money-back guarantee isn't worth much if the company won't respond when you try to use it.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from OMNI again.

Your claim that you have been helping me is an outright lie. I have reached out 5 times since 9/3 and have gotten zero response. I tried to come to you first. Now I’m warning others not to trust your company or what you claim about customer service/support. Your reply is the only think I have heard from you in two weeks.

The quiz was easy to take and my results confirmed that I need creatine. This product seems like it will be easy to take and I’m hopeful that I will achieve the desired results I’m looking for!

I kept seeing the advertisement for this product and I wanted to be sure that it’s going to be right for me so today I ordered some and can’t wait to try them out

Was not aware I was subscribing! Nothing disclosed when I placed my order

I am extremely unhappy with my experience with your Creatine Gummies. My initial purchase appeared to me to be a one-time order, and I was never aware that I had agreed to a subscription.

When I received the email that another shipment had been processed I reached out to OMNI to cancel the order and subscription. I received an email that said I had to cancel the subscription myself, they sent the link in order to do that, in the mean time the new order arrived. I search for a link for returning the product once it arrived. That link kept routing me back to scratch off for a discount, so I reach out to customer service again. They sent the link to return, the product. The return of my 2 pouches would credit my credit card half of the full amount of what I paid,$79.00 for 2 pouches of watermelon gummies, my return credit would be $39.50 less $8.00 for shipping and handling.

When I reached out for an explanation on the return amount I received a rude response stating I was paying the original shipping and handling charges, which they stated are non-refundable. I am being charged $55.50 in shipping and handling charges. I have sent another response in regards the this amount of shipping and handling being charged but have not received another response from OMNI.

Still waiting ...

Buyer beware, I certainly wish I would have read their reviews before making my purchase. My subscription has been canceled.

Email was sent letting you know an upgrade offer was sent to me for 3 packs of gummy for $38 instead of $67!
Then one pops up for only sale $36 total for the 3 packs of gummys!

I didn’t even order because to even try it you have to pay double the subscription price with no free shipping. If you an actual reputable company with quality products, you don’t have to resort to such tactics.

OMNI did provide details for cancellation and returns, which I followed. The refund I received was less than half of what I paid. OMNI made money when I ordered and when I returned the product. Paying for nothing is not what customers want or expect. There have been several complaints about this issue.

THEY REFUSE TO CANCELL MY TO CANCEL MY SUBCRIPTION, I HAVE CANCELLED IN WRINING AND ON THE PHONE 4 TIMES, THE KEEP CHARGING ME, THEY KEEP SAYING , I'M SORRY ITS ALREADY PROCESSED!!! FOR 4 MONTHS... I AM CALLIN THE BEDTTER BUSINESS BUREO TODAY AND FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT.

I have at least 9 emails back and forth requesting a cancelation and refund. They acknowledge they will cancel but never a refund. Now today I discover they’ve charged me again for yet another shipment. I had advised them my specialist said this is contraindicated with my specialty medications but they will not cancel and refund me. The first time I got a shipment and the contents were completely melted together I never opened any other bag. Terrible customer service making it impossible to cancel. I personally never sign up for subscriptions I always chose one time purchase because I have to have my specialist look at it before I take anything.

⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointed With Customer Service

This was my second order with OMNI Creatine. My first order arrived promptly, so I had no reason to expect a problem with my second order.

I placed my second order on August 21, and my payment was processed on August 22. As of today, I have received NO tracking information and NO product.

I have contacted OMNI twice to find out what is happening. I received one response telling me that my order is still showing as “fulfilling.” I can see that information myself when I check my order status. What I need is an actual answer as to WHY my order has not shipped and WHEN I can expect it.

At this point, I no longer want the order. I want it CANCELLED and I want any subscription associated with my name/account CANCELLED as well.

The frustrating part is that I have been trying to get a simple issue resolved, yet I am receiving very little actual assistance. A customer should not have to repeatedly contact a company just to get an order cancelled when the product hasn't even shipped.

My first experience with OMNI was good, which is why I ordered again. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company. Good customer service means actually addressing the customer's problem—not simply repeating information the customer can already see for themselves.

I hope OMNI takes this seriously and cancels both my pending order and any subscription associated with my account.
