Their "service" sucks - it is not available for all major browsers, but is for some known for being hacker-friendly.
Their "service" sucks - even after going through multiple attempts to use it, they are unable to take a simple picture.
Their "service" sucks - if they manage, on gazillionth attempt to take a picture with the result, they're unhappy, but not clear about reason and the pain of using their "service" starts from scratch.

3D selfie camera verification does not work at all. The pictures are getting rejected constantly without reasonable explanation. The front camera of the mobile devices has specifications and the platform is not considered with them. Awful service.

This verification provider just keeps not verifying me. I've been trying to verify using Ondato for 2 hours and still can not do it. I've never experienced any problems with any verifacator except Ondato.

You can not get closer to hell than Ondato.

The camera on my phone cannot work with the ondato software. I get a green screen.
On other devices it is hell too. They are never satisfied with the selfie. By the time you have gone through their procedure you will have a beard of atleast a meter long.

If I could give a negative star I would. I hate ondato. The company I work for is refusing my access to my account and withholding my funds and requesting that I complete another 3D verification. Jumio works, but I hate ondato, and for whatever reason the company is asking me to verify through ondato. I have taken several hours to try to verify through ondato and it does not work. I hate hate hate ondato. It’s the worst 3D identification ever. I hate these 3D verifications process and ondato is the worst!!! I’m still trying to verify and I want to sleep and I cannot cause the company refuses to allow my access to my funds even after I already completed a 3D verification with jumio. I hate ondato!!!!!!! I’ve been trying for three hours and it’s still asking me to try again. It’s impossible and causing me severe distress!!!!! Because of the worst app the company has refused my access to my funds!!!!!! I hate ondato. I wish ondato will go out of buisness.
