I failed to do a basic KYC at least 10…
After 10 months Ondato has now answered my review...........They write "Our mission is to deliver the best possible service". Well 10 months says it all! Then they would like me after 10 months to write to them to sort this out....Beyond ridiculous!!! I maintain my highly negative opinion of Ondato. This the original 15 June 2021 review: They actuaIly failed to do a basic KYC at least 10 times. Therefore I will not do business with EvoEstate that have completely delegated their KYC procedure to Ondato. I have succeeded in doing the KYC verifications in at least 25 other banks, brokerages, fund managers, P2P or P2B loan platforms etc. What do the other 25 have in common? They do not use Ondato. Ondato knows full well that on the PC it does not work at all, because they insist that you use a smartphone, then why waste our time to start with? On the smartphone for the passport photo it is either blurry or there is not enough light in broad summer daylight. For the selfie I amazingly move exactly at the wrong moment every time. Technology is supposed to make life better, faster or easier. Ondato's onboarding KYC process is not better, faster or easier. It's a waste of time!
