I took out a policy and didn’t realise I had missed cover for commuting to work . I did the live chat and spoke to Joe . He very quickly sorted it out for me .

Spoke to Abbie on live chat, was only waiting 2 minutes to be connected. Abbie was really helpful and let me explain the problem in full.

This was great, I prefer online chat than using the phone, and to get through so quick on a busy Monday morning was really helpful for me.

Once you take out a policy there’s no way to cancel it online chat doesn’t work and there’s no way of speaking to anyone they have you trapped it’s a complete scam
