I had a small problem with the fountain…
I had a small problem with the fountain that I wanted them to address so that no others had the same problem. My problem was taken very seriously and steps to change the issue are in the works. Andrea wanted to compensate me for the problem but I just wanted to make them aware of the issue. She very kindly is sending me extra filters for my fountain. It is so refreshing to have a company that truly cares about their products and the people that use them. No cheap tactics with Oneisall! A pleasure to do business with.

Excellent customer service and products
I’m very impressed with customer service of this company. I bought a pet water fountain less than a year ago and apparently the filters changed and didn’t fit my model anymore. I reached out to customer service and didn’t expect much but Sue helped me a great deal, she replaced my actual water pump for my fountain so it would fit the new, upgraded filters! She sent me the pump and a pack of filters for free and they arrived very fast. I’m so happy I get to keep using the water fountain because my pets love it and won’t drink water any other way. I have been referring all my pet owner friends to this company because not only are the products great but the customer service as well! Thank you Sue!
Good communication and clear resolution
I ordered the Oneisall pet water fountain in the extended version with 11 filters, but only 3 filters arrived together with the fountain at first, so I assumed the remaining ones had been missed. Because there were several tracking numbers, I got confused and contacted support to clarify.
The fountain itself arrived without any issues and works well. Andrea from customer support explained that the extra filters are shipped separately from another warehouse and provided an additional tracking number. The filters have now arrived too, so everything is in order.
Overall, the situation was clarified without any problems.

The product support is amazing
The product support is amazing. I originally purchased the 2 regular automatic feeders and there is an issue the internal clock of the feeder does not align. Sue from the Oneisall support team helped me to return the product and replaced with 2 feeder with wifi functionality without any additional charge. The new feeders I received have been working perfectly ever since. Would recommend this company.
Oneisall stainless steel cat fountain filters
I had a Walmart gift card, I ordered the Oneisall stainless steel cat water fountain. When I received it, I realized I have to change the filters twice a month. I went back to order more filters, they didn't have them. So I ordered 24, a 12 month supply directly from Oneisall. They're very reasonably priced. It didn't take them long to get here & they're very well packaged. Maggie my cat really likes this water fountain. It took her a couple days to know what it was, but I put her water bowl in front of it, then she started using it. It's very easy to clean. There's little pieces of foam you put in the motor part. Make sure you change those when you change the filter, or the little red "change the filter light" will stay on. They come in the package together.

It took a while before I finally got a reply from Andrea but after that email, she immediately worked on the undelivered item and had it shipped out to me again. SO i am happy.

Rusting stainless cat fountain
I bought a stainless steel cat fountain costing $35.43. It started rusting within the first 24 hrs. of use.
I sent two different messages to the company but no response. I also clicked the return button, but it didn't work
I would like to return it for a refund.

A must have if you have pets
This is an absolute game changer, my cat loves it and its fur is under control.
After 2 years of regular use the clipper stopped working and when I reached out for support (outside warranty window) they guided me through steps to get it back to work (blade was simply clogged with hair).
Really happy with the product and the after sale support . I would highly recommend it.

Great Customer Service
Bought the 3.5 L water fountain for my cat. He loved it but it broke within 3 months. When I reached out to Oneisall and provided a video of the broken fountain, they offered a replacement straight away. Andrea was quick to respond and sort out the replacement. The customer service is great!

Because we have a poodle with a demanding, thick coat, we have tested many dog clippers over the years. This time I ordered the Oneisall DTJ001 Dog Clipper for Thick Coat, and I was initially a bit skeptical because of the affordable price and the option to change blades.
I was very pleasantly surprised – it cuts like a laser. The interchangeable blades and attachments work perfectly, and most importantly, the dog is calm and comfortable during grooming.
I would also like to praise the customer support, especially Andrea, for the fast and helpful response.
