Unlike other online brand, oneisall returned my call. Andrea helped to troubleshoot and replacement is on the way! The repititious email is a bit confusing.

I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I contacted them because The buzzer isn't cutting my dogs hair at all anymore. The buzzer claimed it has a lifetime guarantee but when I contacted customer service I was told the warranty is only for under two years. This is very disappointing! I'd never purchase this brand again.

I purchased 3 air purifiers. They are the greatest. After one day when the sun showed thru the window, no dust particles!!! The air smells fresh. I am no longer coughing. Especially at night. We have a large dog and a cat. Both heavy sheadders
Purchased the dog grooming kit also and it is fantastic. Bare minimum of animal hair noticed. Very manageable now and the animals love being " vacuumed"
I recommend these products very highly. The do work as advertised

Contacted customer service I thought I had part of my order missing but they told me it was shipped from another warehouse. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with my concerns and this product is awesome it’s the best setup we’ve ever had for grooming our pet.

They OFFERED to send me a new one free of charge because we were in the 2-year warranty window. I love the pet grooming vacuum and will buy another one if I ever need to from Oneisall. It was my first time placing an order and added some accessory. Unfortunately the nail grinder was not compatible with the model I purchased. The customer service agent, Andrea, has been super helpful by proving me the refund within the same day. We had ordered a new set of clippers for our dogs but the set wouldn't work on their thick coats. Reached out to the company and Andrea was very understanding and wonderful in helping us find a set that works exceptionally well on both our Schnauzer and Havanese. We will continue purchasing for our pets need through Oneisall, we are very happy with their products and customer service.

Olivia with Oneisall was amazing. The water dispenser for our cats quit working. I sent a video of the issue and they originally sent a replacement part. When that didn’t work, she sent me a whole new unit. Now my cats always has water. Thank you, Olivia! I greatly appreciate you.

This fountain wouldn't work for my household so I responded to the confirmation email saying I wanted to use the happiness guarantee. Andrea replied back asking why it wouldn't work. I sent a reply back and she replied again telling me my refund is being processed. I would order from this company again as the customer service is great and the product is good quality.
