Ho comprato una fontanella senza filo con sensore di movimento. I primi mesi ha funzionato benissimo ma dopo ho cominciato ad avere problemi. Ho contattato il servizio clienti e mi hanno risposto subito con tutte le indicazioni per risolvere il problema. Ma visto che non sono riuscita a risolvere la situazione mi hanno rimpiazzato subito la fontanella . Davvero mi congratulo con voi per il servizio clienti efficiente, per la gentilezza e per la importanza che mi avete dato come cliente. Davvero bravi e i prodotti Oneisall sono ottimi e di buona qualità.

I sent a note to customer support requesting to buy several rubber nozzles for their Oneisall 3.5L FreshFill Filterless Cat Water Dispenser with Fresh Water System.

The only response I got was a link to their accessories page which didn’t carry any accessories for this particular unit.

Rather than sending me an actual reply, they didn’t address my question or provide any information regarding the rubber nozzles.

I just received my Ease S1 self cleaning litter box and I cannot wait to assemble it. I’ve read the instructions and it seems super easy. Also, just want to brag on the customer service. Also, I know that if I have any questions that they will get back to me ASAP this is one company that does care. All you have to do is email their customer support or give them a call

Sue at Oneisall was very helpful in responding to my warranty query on their Dog grooming kit, all was resolved and the replacement part arrived from China as per the delivery date advised.

I had my pet feeder malfunction on me, so I emailed in for some assistance. Sue responded very swiftly everytime with suggestions and instructions for me to follow. At the end Sue ended up sending me a replacement product which arrived in a short number of days and I was able to set up with ease! Sue responded professionally, friendly and in a timely manner everytime. Im very pleased with my experience.

I was already a fan since their litter robot is the biggest and best that I have ever used. But when it started to have some glitches. Their customer service team, especially Andrea, was quick to respond. Offering various solutions to my problem. And when none of those worked. They were super speedy with sending a replacement. Kinderleichte Bedienung via App, und der Futterauswurf ist größer ausgespart und robuster, als bei anderen (sehr viel kostspieligeren Modellen). Die Futterausgabemenge präzise und zuverlässig.
Dann kam der Schreck: Plötzlicher Gerätetod, es ging nichts mehr. Aber der Kundendienst des Herstellers reagierte hier schnell und zuverlässig und wir erhielten zeitnah ein Ersatzgerät. Danke an das Oneisall-Support-Team und Sue!

The dog clipper quit working they replaced them with a new one and now my Dog is happy with a new cut for the summer

Best Customer Service! I sent a request to their support team. Cassie replied in less than 12 hours. Her response addressed the issue (a missing part to the cat fountain), and said they would send one out immediately. I'm shocked! Quick response, a fast resolution to the specific problem, NO HASSLE WHATSOVER, professional, courteous........this is rare these days. A+++ for Cassie, and the Oneisall product support!!! Thank You!!!!!

I wasn't fully satisfied with the pet air purifier and wanted to submit a return. I contacted the customer support by e-mail, and Cassie provided the best customer service I have ever had in my life! Totally recommend it.

Customer service is Fantastic. Answered me quickly. We're very concerned about my cat. Tried every way to help. Unfortunately, my cat is EXTREMELY FINICKY. They resolved the issue quickly with great results. I have also purchased an air cleaner from them which I REALLY LIKE. Does a Fantastic job. Very reputable and caring company.

Had an issue with charging the clippers and they addressed the issue fast and sent a replacement to us. Excellent customer service!!!! Our groomers love the oneisall clippers.

Eliza from customer support was extremely helpful when I reached out for an issue with my litter box. They were always prompt with responses included pictures to show what could be wrong and how to fix it, and offered multiple attempted solutions.

Where to even begin? I’ve had so many different products from this company, and then when I learned that a litter box was about to be released, I jumped on the opportunity to pre-order! I did happen to run into an issue with my initial product, however Andrea from customer support was able to come up with many different means of trying to troubleshoot problems! After many attempts of trying to rectify the issue, it just came down to needing to be replaced under warranty and as daunting as that was, Andrea took care of me so swiftly and promptly that I honestly didn’t think it was real! I genuinely appreciate this company for everything that they have done for me that I will not only continue to recommend their products as several members of my family and friends have gone to extra link to even buy their own litter boxes among other product products from Oneisall!! 🤘❤️

I love Oneisall dog trimmers better than any brand I have ever tried. I have 2 Old English sheepdogs that I keep trimmed down for their comfort. Oneisall trimmers do the job better and quieter than any other brands that I have tried. I needed sharper blades for the clippers and contacted their company via their website and was more than pleased with their representative, Andrea, of the support team's fast action and wonderful response to my needs. Andrea's help is the best customer service I have had with any online assistance in the past 20 years. I am so glad that I had Andrea on my side and for her complete knowledge and support through my Oneisall journey. If every company had employees and people like Andrea, it would be a much happier and pleasant world to do business in. Absolutely 5 stars. Thank you Oneisall and thank you Andrea! You are the best!
