I got in touch with customer service today and within half an hour they had replied and I was able to sort out my problem. They were very helpful, polite and friendly it was lovely dealing with them. As for their surveys they are numerous and great topics which allows you to reach your reward balance quickly.

This is one of the best paid survey sites. Regular invites sent . Lots of points to be had. Can cash out £20 for 2,000 points PayPal or BACS . Extra good customer service. Fast responce to queries .Rachel is fantastic at deling with any problums .Give this site a try. You will be glad you did.

Excellent customer service, very responsive and friendly. The surveys are interesting, on a variety of topics and are enjoyable to complete.

I don't understand all these positive reviews.I joined recently and all the surveys are of the 25p category.
It is quite a low pay out threshold of £10 but you would have to do 40 surveys to get there! Hardly worth it to my mind.

There are much much better survey companies about.

Yes it is £20 and that makes it even worse of course.This is the correct review.And 25p is NOT the industry norm at all.Ridiculous of you to say that.Your incentives are very poor no matter how many you send out.

This is one of, if not the only genuine survey sites around. Nice, fast and easy surveys which very rarely screen you out. Even when this happens it’s after the first couple of questions. Always fast and polite responses when any problems are experienced. Highly recommended.

I have been doing OnePoll surveys since January and have reached 2000 points 3 times. The surveys have been easy and varied and enjoyable to do. There have been no problems with my payouts also great communication.

I like this company very much as they want to know my opinions on lots of different topics, they are also very helpful if you have a question for them.

Great site, regular short surveys yet the amount builds up quickly. Prompt payments too.

I spent 2 hours each day,
14 hours per week,
~490 hours over 8 months,
answering their surveys, and accumulating 2000 points.

When I requested for reward redemption, they blocked my account!
Apparently their system detected straight lining / free text responses, and I have to explain why!

I am gutted, wish I had not fallen for this scam.

I recently hit a technical glitch (entirely down to me) and ended up locking myself out of the site . One email, problem solved and access enabled .

As always, the customer service team rocks !

Even for my age there are plenty of surveys so the £20 pay out doesn't take too long to reach. I enjoy answering most of them as they are usually well compiled & have had no problem with Onepoll.

Great appreally fun to earn money on this app too well recommend ❤️❤️

I spent ages trying to get the required 2000 points only to have the reward Claim rejected
Evidently they are scum
Avoid until they get things in order'
1 verify user's id first
2 verify user's bank details
3. Then let them start doing surveys so they don't receive emails bluntly stating*reward rejected*

Yet another corrupt lying company. Havent done a survey in a long time due to how rigged, bad and 98% never pay when you get right to the end. Basically making you work for free. Which is a crime. So tryed one on qmee. By the way avoid them like the plague too. Used to be good now just theives. Finish the survey and redirects me to set up an account with these asking for personal details and set up an account complete it 100% and took my time answered honestly and what a surprise an error after completion so they dont have to pay. Then check their site out and its 100% a scam, You didnt want to pay me for that one on qmee as you rigged it to not pay out and then try to force me to join your garbage site. YOUR AS DISHONEST AS THEY COME. I HOPE YOU GET SHUT DOWN! AVOID!!!

A good site. I like OnePoll. You get a good variety of topics for the surveys. Different lengths of survey. Payments are made quickly. The odd query I have had is dealt with quickly and efficiently by Rachel. All good!

Great site for earning a bit of extra money, Rachel Knight super helpful and responded quickly to any queries I had.

I love this site. Quick and easy surveys which mount up very quickly and any issues are dealt with quickly by customer services. Would definitely recommend.

01/05/2026: FINAL UPDATE: Resolved and settled:
I am pleased to confirm this matter is now fully resolved. OnePoll re-credited my account, I requested the withdrawal again, and the funds have now arrived in my PayPal. While it took a bit of time to get here, I consider the matter closed.

My advice to OnePoll: As soon as a user reaches the 2000-point threshold and requests a transfer, you should send an immediate confirmation email showing the destination details. This would allow users to spot a typo instantly rather than waiting weeks to find out something went wrong.

Advice to other users: Be extremely careful when typing your details at the 2000-point mark. Double and triple-check everything before you click submit!

I appreciate the team getting this sorted in the end. Mistakes happen, and I'm happy with the final outcome.

20/04/2026: Avoid this company at all costs. They are unhelpful and refuse to take responsibility for ensuring members are actually paid.

I earned £20, but the payment was sent to an incorrect email address (missing three digits from my ID). Because OnePoll's policy forces you to wait 30 days before you can even ask about a missing payment, I was kept in the dark and had no way of knowing a mistake had occurred until it was too late. The do not send proper confirmation of when money is sent where a person could check this or not.

I had to fight just to get a Transaction ID. Once I had it, I contacted PayPal directly. I did this, last night the first guy said it didn't, today PayPal has officially confirmed that no money reached my account. They also confirmed that because the email OnePoll used is not mine, I have no legal standing to track it—only the sender (OnePoll) can do that.

Rachel from customer service told me to contact paypal and was not helpful and kept blaming me, she knew and knows full well this would happen.

Despite this, OnePoll is refusing to re-issue my money, claiming it’s 'not their problem.' They are blaming a user for a typo that their own system failed to verify against my registered profile. They have my work, and they are now either pocketing the returned funds or not taking responsibility for sending it to the wrong person, this is poor security protocol and possibly breaching numerous laws. Their attitude is disgusting. I am reporting this as a data breach to the ICO and a breach of conduct to the MRS.
