Plwase do not use this company thay are unproffesional and incompetent,they let you complete surveys but when it comes to payment they do not pay.

After spending weeks consistently filling out short surveys—often earning just 10p to 20p at a time—I finally reached the mandatory £20 cash-out threshold. But as soon as I submitted my payout request, my account was abruptly terminated without warning, explanation, or right to appeal.
​When you contact support, you either get radio silence or a generic blanket response citing non-specific "terms and conditions" violations. It is completely unfair to allow users to invest their time and share valuable market research data, only to pull the rug out right at the moment payment is owed.
​If there was a genuine issue or quality check flag, a reputable panel would notify the user, explain the problem, or allow a review. Deleting an account and pocketing accrued earnings right at the cash-out mark feels deeply dishonest.

​Pros: Quick, simple short-form surveys.
​Cons: Unreliable payouts right when you hit the £20 target.

​Unilateral account closures with no prior warning or justification.
​Non-existent customer dispute resolution when funds are withheld.
​Verdict:
Save your time and stick to survey platforms with lower cash-out thresholds and transparent account policies. Completing hundreds of micro-tasks only to have your final £20 reward withheld is a total waste of effort.

Really enjoyed this site for years and spent my time completing surveys everyday ( I completed the surveys honestly and thoroughly always ). I’ve had loads of payouts via paypal which has been great, it’s been one of my favourites. But today they have randomly blocked my account and a payment from my time spent on surveys, bear in mind i haven’t done anything wrong and they just suspend my account after me putting time and effort in. Really disappointed. If my account and balance can be restored that will be great because i enjoy the survey topics and format so much. Not happy!!!!!

I was registered with OnePoll for about 3 or 4 years and had at least 2 cash withdrawals without problem. Then one day I found I could not log in to my account. I contacted them and was told "your account is showing multiple/duplicated members accounts accessing surveys from the same IP address as you, this blocks all member accounts using the same IP address. (Against our terms and conditions)" Just what I am supposed to make of this? It doesn't make much sense. If some other OnePoll member was given the same IP address, how is that my fault? I don't have any control over how my ISP hands out IP addresses! I see from other reviews on here and elsewhere that I am not the only one being accused of this nonsense. The worst thing is the complete disregard and rudeness in the way they just close your account without any notice or explanation. It's disgusting. What's more, I had over 600 points in my account which takes a long time to reach with each survey only 10-15p. My advice is: do not waste your time with Onepoll.
EDIT: Just wanted to give a response to the reply I got from OnePoll. No, I definitely was not offered the chance of an explanation or to provide ID. It was left entirely up to me to find out why the account was closed. I did try to find out whose account(s) was using my IP to fill in surveys because it seems like a security issue but was told "Clearly we cant provide you with than information." Not very helpful. I don't know why this has happened to me but I believe it can happen to anyone which is why I am warning others, particularly if you happen to have a dynamic IP address.

This survey company I have used for many years, a well established & professional outfit who rarely have technical issues & provide quality surveys.
If on a rare occasion you have a technical issue it has always been resolved quickly. Payment is reliable & their app works well.
Good communication, excellent customer service, sum the up, a five star survey company.

Fantastic Survey site have been a member since for as long as I can remember. Short surveys lasting 3 to 4 mins sometimes less. I normally cash out about every 5 weeks sometimes may be longer but not much. They have a weekly draw for answering quick polls. Well worth the effort of joining would certainly recommend.

ATTENTION, 2026 these guys are scammers I have recordings of multiple times I’ve completed a survey to the end and then they screen me, this company is so broke that they are taking information and time off people without paying them, if you guys use qmee when you see OnePoll click off, don’t waste your time on these fools scamming poor people, disgusting people.

I have really loved doing surveys on OnePoll and was so excited to finally reach the payout threshold. Unfortunately, my account was blocked right when I was about to reach threshold and cash out my money. I am so sad because I worked really hard to answer everything honestly and properly.I have sent a few messages to the support team over the last few days, but I haven't heard back yet. I know everyone must be super busy, but I am kindly asking if someone could please look into this for me?I would be so incredibly grateful for your help to fix this technical issue so I can access my earnings. Excellent, my account was blocked due to me not giving accurate responses. I apologise on the email this is because I have issues at home my mum has illnesses as well as my brother they understood and unblocked my account and I thank you so much guys. I love OnePoll. It’s one of the best survey sites and I’ll always be part of it hopefully.

Have been a member of Onepoll for a number of years now and it really is a great survey site.. quick short surveys, easy to claim rewards and the most responsive, helpful and friendly admin you could hope for!!

With so many survey sites ripping people off and scamming them out of time and money, it’s refreshing to find a site that values its survey takers. Onepoll are trustworthy, they pay fairly for your time and on the rare occasion there is an issue they sort it out quickly. In short they recognise that without honest, reliable survey takers they wouldn’t have a business. Some of the other sites should take note! I’ve been with Onepoll for many years now and recommend them without hesitation.

I had a slight problem recently in accessing my reward payment. I have only high praise for Rachel who very patiently helped me sort this issue out. I am full of thanks for her support.

You owe me money, scammers using your site so I complete the task for them via other survery applications, waste my time. Respond with you email.

On the rare occasions i have needed assistance i have found the support team responsive, professional and helpful. They work hard to resolve issues quickly and provide reassurance.
