Very disappointed with OnePoll. My account was terminated after verification, but I was not given a clear explanation. I lost access to my earnings without a fair chance to resolve the issue. Poor communication and lack of
transparency.

This decision is extremely disappointing and shows a complete lack of transparency and fairness. You have terminated my account based on a vague accusation without providing any clear evidence or specific details about what information supposedly did not match.
I completed the verification process and cooperated fully, yet instead of resolving the issue, you chose to remove my access and avoid giving a proper explanation. This feels unfair and like a poor way to treat members who have spent time completing surveys.

Their survey didn’t give me worth point.. fraud company

I had difficulty in claiming my reward and emailed One Poll.
I had a positive response within 24 hours from Rachel

This is a really nice site. They offer short surveys that can be completed in breaks from work or whilst waiting for the kettle to boil.

The site works well, and if you are not the right target audience, you are usually screened out in the first few questions.

Cashouts seem to work smoothly as well.

My only two downsides to the site which stop me from giving them 5 stars. Firstly, the one time I tried contacting them by e-mail, I never got a response. Thankfully this wasn't a major issue as I never really need to contact them as the site works well.

Secondly, the pay rate for the site probably works out for me at around £6/hour. Whilst this is higher than many sites, and I know it is in line with all laws, it would be nice for them to pay the equivalent of the minimum wage.

Overall though, it is a nice site.

Just a small problem with our account stopped us accessing OnePoll. Quick message to OnePoll. The speed and understanding from the Agent Rachel Knight had us back up and doing surveys quicker than i can type. Agin Thank you OnePoll for employing Agents that are very quick to answer and very quick to sort any problems.

I have been using OnePoll for many years and have found them one of the best survey panels to use. Surveys are quick and simple, the rewards are paid on a timely basis. I’ve cashed out so many times earning a few hundred pounds.
Special mention goes to Rachel who always helps out promptly if you get any issues.

Any issues resolved very quickly and other survey sites don’t even respond. Rachel is brilliant at sorting problems out although it’s very rare to come across one. Lots of quick surveys to do in a few spare minutes and the app is easy to use.

They wait until you have earn 35 pounds and then they say they are not paying you as you have not added your middle name ???
I was going to cash 20 pounds and then 40 pounds and did the request and they said they are not paying you as you have not added your middle name!
I did contact them and when they refused to pay me I stopped using them,
It was definitely one poll and I was with them a long time.

I’ve reached my 20000 points threshold and I’ve requested my £20 payout but it says that it’s being processed by our team but it doesn’t take 6 hours to process the payment I’ve contact customer service and customer communications and no answer. This is either a scam or they are reviewing in words from government

I use a few sites for surveys but this is the best for me. Most of the surveys I qualify for and are socially relevant. I enjoy taking them and the reward once you hit the appropriate points is well worth it !

I did polls with them to collect points up to April, as soon I collected 2000 points and requested 20£ my account had been blocked and I received no money. Unfortunately scan it seems. UPDATE I live in UK for last 15 years and all my answers are based on UK experience so yes unfortunately any reason to not to pay seems to be good reason to Onepoll. Avoid at all costs!!!

The response to my query (my fault due to dropped connection) was almost immediately and was resolved painlessly and professionally so thank you for your fantastic customer support x

There was a slight glitch with the website, which was quickly sorted out. A quick email reply, polite and friendly.

Always a quick response from customer service team, helpful and friendly staff - great place to take interesting surveys too

ive been with onepoll for a number of years and had no issues with them but now ive been blocked twice for no reason ive had to send photo id of myself plus a bank statement i feel its time to more on as it seems like you cant do surveys anymore without being blocked for no reason
