Avoid at all costs. I ordered a radiator cover and paid for delivery. The original delivery was cancelled last minute, then today the driver rang to tell me I had to come downstairs and collect the item from the truck myself.
I am disabled — this was never mentioned and completely unacceptable when a delivery fee has been paid.
I’ve cancelled the order. Very poor service and zero consideration for customers. Don’t order from these cowboys.

Ordered a heater element
Ordered a heater element, sent two towel hangers instead. Can't collect until after christmas, wont refund until they've received the items back that I didnt order. Rude on the phone e (put the phone down). Avoid like the plague.

A website store in the UK must specify its physical address. This requirement applies to both limited companies and sole traders who sell online. It must be a physical, geographical address that is easily accessible to consumers—either on the contact page or the website footer—and PO boxes are generally not sufficient. This ensures transparency and consumer protection in e-commerce, as required by UK law
I do not see the address.
T&C state:
"Returns due to customer error without a re-order are subject to a 20% (percent) order price fee to arrange the collection."
A restockimg fee is unlawful for returns within 14-days under the distance selling act.
This implies a roque company. I read the reviews.
They cannot charge 20% restocking free for a returns, asked within 14-days.
They should be reported to trading standards.
Shame on them.
I did not order.

Don't use
Ordered radiator panels.
Asked if they were easy to fit and come with instructions, they answered yes.
No instructions came.
They sent over instructions and in big red writing on instructions, only for compact radiators.
No where on the website does it say this.
Advertised as compact radiator panels. To which any normal person would think they are compacted radiator panels.
No where does it state only for compact radiators.
No help with customer services.
Quite rude
Won't give full refund
Will take off 20% fee
Don't use, Web site false advertising and won't get your full money back.
Update- still not received refund after 5 working days

Your refund has been completed using stripe but it can take between 2 - 10 days to show on the account depending on what type of card was used to make the purchase.

Contacted them a couple of times for my refund, they reckon it's been processed but it's still not in my account. I returned the product 4 weeks back. The reason for return was because what was advertised was not what I received.

Delivery in London was next day
Delivery in London was next day, called to arrange delivery on day of booking. The radiator was also the best value and delivery was free whereas all others were adding £50 for delivery.
