I will not recommend anyone to ONE STOP BATH.I had 2 stand up shower done by this company and as senior very disappointed with there job
I did my bathroom in February 2025 and job is still unfinished now they want me to pay more money to finished.one of the bathroom when the spout is turn on the shower comes on at the same time other bathroom when turn on the shower seem like the water is choking the bathtub is squeaking .Plumbing was not done right
I have to call another contractor to finished the job until my lawyer can review the case

Bathroom renovation
We are doing our bathroom and have ordered from around 10 different suppliers. We ordered a bath from One Stop Bathrooms and the service was excellent. The bath manufacturer (Eastbrook) rang within a day or so and offered us a choice of delivery dates. The delivery, price and bath were all great. Definitely the best experience of all the different suppliers we’ve used.

Great customer service, good quality product
Easy to place the order, email confirmation received straight away, but had to chase to check the status of my order as there was no information whether it was dispatched or still in process. Next day I received a call from the customer service confirming the order was dispatched and due for delivery in the next two days. Arrived the next day. Overall great service and good quality item. Poor information regarding delivery
We ordered an offset quadrant shower enclosure and after the email from the company to say it was despatched we were not informed by the delivery company with a date when this would arrive and it just turned up unexpectedly. It did state that we would receive an email from the delivery service to advise us, but this didn't materialise. It was just fortunate that someone was in that day. Also the bottom of the metal frame of the enclosure was sticking out of the bottom corner of the box (like it had been dragged) and it had bent it slightly. As this wasn't noticed at the time and it had already been signed for we managed to bend back into shape. Hopefully this will be ok. Therefore I didn't have a problem with 'One Stop Bathrooms' themselves but feel that the delivery service let them down.

Rad came severely damaged
Rad came severely damaged , the replacement came and looked even more damaged , deliver driver left 2m rad leaning against a wall in high winds very unprofessional , spent half hour cleaning all dirty marks off a brand new rad to see if this second rad was damaged , there customer service team very cheeky and disrespectful
