Sarah recently booked a holiday for us in Spain and the process was easy and seamless from start to finish. She was able to check us in for our flights and so all we had to do was turn up on the day! The hotels she suggested were some of the best we have ever stayed at and we would love to return to either. We had an issue with baggage with one of the airlines and Sarah could not have been more helpful or supportive regarding this. Sarah has already helped with another trip I have later this year and we plan to use her services again for our summer holiday next year. Thanks again Sarah!

Danni really made everything so easy, and when our trip went wrong (EasyJet cancelled flight whilst we were sat waiting to take off!), she went above and beyond to support us and help us even late into the night and onwards. Even though we didn’t manage to get away, I’d 100% recommend them down to Danni’s help and support with the good and bad, throughout the whole process.

I used to always book directly with Jet2, TUI etc... Since using Claire Mann to book 3 IKOS resort holidays for us the experience has been excellent. On each occasion Claire has beaten the online Jet2 price and saved us money. However that’s not the only reason we book with her when there have been aircraft and seating changes Claire has taken the hassle of sorting all this out for us and dealt with Jet 2, saving time and stress of having to deal with any administrative changes whilst on holiday. Claire always sorts out check in for us, taking away another admin task and its really great having a premiere agent deal with all the day to day admin we just don’t have the time for ourselves, meaning the holiday is stress free from the moment we book with her. Would highly recommend

We were looking at an early booking of a Caribbean cruise with some specifics .. we are so busy, every minute is precious and we wanted to take the hassle out of trawling online or going to different agents.

Just come back form a fabulous holiday to Greece. Contacted Laura on the Friday for a last minute holiday to go on the Monday. Told her we wanted to go Greece but not sure where
Within an hour it was all booked and and we were checked in.
Later found out Laura did all this whilst on her own holiday.!!
This is the 4th holiday we have booked with Laura and we wouldn't book with anyone else.

Booked a last minute holiday with Claire to Cyprus - . She helped us find a great deal, answered all my questions and did all the check in online for us both ways saving time and stress!!! Booking a package with her was cheaper than direct and the hotel we stayed at was great - would definitely recommend using Claire !

I couldn’t recommend Claire highly enough! She organised our 4-night trip to Paris, including 3 nights at Disneyland Paris, and everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

The hotel in Paris was perfect — a fantastic location directly across from the Metro, which made getting around so easy. Our Disneyland hotel was also ideal, just a 10 minute walk into the park, which worked really well for us.

Claire was brilliant throughout the whole booking process. She kept me fully updated with all the important information, including when we needed to check in, and was always on hand to offer to do anything for me if needed. Everything was organised so thoroughly and professionally that we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

The whole trip went perfectly with no problems whatsoever, which is exactly what you want when booking a holiday! Claire took all the stress out of it and made sure everything was taken care of.

We were looking for a relaxing getaway somewhere quiet, with fewer children and a peaceful resort — we’re at that age now where that’s exactly what we want from a holiday! 😂

Emma Morris sent us a few different ideas and we eventually settled on Lanzarote. From start to finish, Emma made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. She listened to what we wanted, found us the perfect holiday and took care of everything for us.

We were so impressed with the service that we’ve since booked our next two holidays with Emma!

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week in Spain, all brilliantly organised by Emma Morris. This is the second time I have booked through Emma and it was as always amazing.

I was already in Gibraltar attending a yoga retreat, so Emma arranged everything for when my partner flew out to join me. We flew into Gibraltar, hired a car and found the whole process really easy and stress-free.

During the week, we stayed at two different hotels. Our first was a great modern hotel in Malaga, which even had a slide in reception! The breakfast was fantastic and it was a really fun place to start our holiday. We then moved on to a beautiful 5-star hotel in Estepona on a half-board basis. The food was excellent — although you definitely had to keep an eye on the cheeky birds trying to steal it from your plate!

Parking at both hotels was easy, and travelling out of season was perfect for us as we don’t have children. It was quieter, more relaxed and made getting around really straightforward.

Emma also recommended some great things for us to do. We took a day trip to Ronda, around 40 minutes inland, which was well worth the visit. We also found a crazy golf course about 20 minutes from our hotel and spent a day back in Gibraltar, where we were lucky enough to watch the King’s Birthday celebrations.

Emma was fantastic throughout the whole process. Her organisation and communication were excellent, and she gave us some brilliant recommendations for places to visit and things to do. Everything ran smoothly, which meant we could simply enjoy our holiday without worrying about the details.

Alex has been amazing from start to finish. We wanted to book on late with some friends that had booked months before us. Alex was so accommodating and managed to get us on the same holiday, flights and rooms next to each other. Alex has been so helpful with everything and any questions we had. We received all booking confirmations, certificates and updates. Alex made sure all went well on day of travel and on return. I would highly recommend booking with Alex and we certainly will be going with her again. Thank Alex we had the best holiday with our kids and friends x
