I have been using Kerrie as my go to for holidays for nearly two years . I won’t go to anyone else ! She is quick, knowledgeable and always makes sure I receive the best price. Every holiday there is always a note in room to say enjoy. These little touches go that extra mile!! Holiday searches are now easier as she knows all my preferences and saves me so much time.

Lisa did such a fantastic job at finding us our wonderful holiday . I can’t recommend One Travel Club enough . We will definitely be asking Lisa to help us find a holiday next year . Great experience from beginning to end. Thank you Lisa x

Booked a holiday last year for May of this year through Angela at One Travel Club for myself and four children. The process was seamless from start to finish with Angela keeping me updated at all stages and as soon as any changes to the holiday were announced. Even better is she managed to get the holiday cheaper than I had seen anywhere else which was a bonus.
Absolutely would not hesitate to book my next holiday with Angela, knowing the stress is taken away for me.

Sam was amazing - from start to finish.
Booking for a group of 11 was always going to be challenging. Lots of people who all had different views and opinions. Sam was so patient with us and nothing was too much trouble. After a short while, she found us a beautiful villa which turned out to be perfect. Sam booked everything from flights to Villa, from seats on the plane to transfers, from special assistance to care hire. Throughout our holiday, Sam messaged to check everything was ok and since being back she has also made contact. Thank you Sam. You took away all the stress of booking a special holiday for such a large group of people. We can not thank you enough :)

Laura Ash was amazing!!

Laura has booked us a few holidays now and I can’t recommend her more highly. I’m not the easiest to please at times but nothing is too much or a problem for Laura. She was so fast in identifying our needs, offering us competitive prices and then booking it straight away when we’d made our decision. Every little detail is taken care of. First class service as always!!

Katy has now booked a few holidays for me and the service has been perfect every time! She’s so helpful in helping you find the best deals and has saved me money every time. If I tell her what I’m looking for, she’ll send me some really good options to choose from and make the booking process so easy and flawless. Danni helped us book our first Ikos holiday to the new Kissamos resort. She was great, answered all my million questions and everything went unbelievably smoothly! I highly recommend booking with One Travel Club and I’ll be booking my next holiday with Danni again soon!

Angela went above and beyond. Sorted our holiday to Gran Canaria, the holiday was perfect for us. Angela provided excellent customer service through out & looked after us from the booking , the holiday and afterwards with the luggage damage. We highly recommend Angela. Second time travelling with ALEX sorting everything for me, honestly the best experience, stress free holiday, told her I wanted to go on holiday to somewhere in greece in two days time and she sorted everything for me the same day, cannot recommend enough

Rachel Smith made my booking experience completely stress free. She found us a great deal for our family with a free child place, checked us in and took all the hard work out of it, all I had to worry about was what cocktail to try first!! Sharron Taylor planned our complex three-week, multi-stop honeymoon to South Africa & Mauritius flawlessly, coordinating numerous flights, transfers and connections without a single issue. Everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. Her attention to detail, professionalism and expertise were outstanding. Highly recommended.

From the beginning, Steph’s communication and professionalism was excellent. She asked questions and made suggestions and tweaks to find us a holiday that we were happy with.
Booking and checking in were seamless as Steph took the stress out of our hands and updated us with payment reminders and check in details.
She was even available while we were on holiday - not that we needed anything, luckily.
