We were four employees working for Onex Sport’s Rawalpindi office. One weekend, without informing or explanation, the company removed all office assets and shifted operations to Sialkot. On 20th November, all of us were terminated without any notice period.
To make matters worse, the company denied payment of November salaries to all of employees and then chose to ignore all communication. Four people were left suddenly without jobs, income, or answers.

This experience caused serious financial and emotional hardship. The lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism shown here is deeply disappointing.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before joining this organization.

I worked for Onex Ltd in their Rawalpindi, Pakistan office as a Manager, along with three other team members. We were hired to manage their Amazon and eBay operations, and the company paid us regularly for four months. My monthly salary was PKR 150,000, and I have bank deposit slips as proof.
On 20 November 2025, Onex Ltd suddenly closed their Rawalpindi office without any notice and terminated all four employees on the spot. They initially committed that they would pay our November 2025 salary, but later refused.
Despite clear evidence of employment and regular salary payments, the company has still not released our final month’s salary. This behavior is extremely unethical, irresponsible, and unprofessional for a UK-registered company.
Anyone considering working with or hiring Onex Ltd should be aware of their treatment of employees and their refusal to fulfill financial commitments.
I hope the company corrects this wrongdoing and pays the salary that is legally and morally owed.

‎This behavior is not only unprofessional but feels like a scam, and I am sharing this review so that others do not go through the same experience.

I’m sharing my personal experience in hopes it helps others. I was employed at this Onex company and was unexpectedly terminated without receiving prior notice. In my case, I also did not receive salary that I believe was due to me at the time of termination. Several colleagues experienced similar sudden dismissals during the same period, which created a very stressful situation for many of us.

The timing made things even harder, as hiring opportunities were extremely limited, leaving me and others under significant financial pressure. I believe situations like this should be reviewed carefully by appropriate labour-law authorities to ensure fair treatment of employees.

I hope the company takes steps to improve its off-boarding practices and ensures employees receive clear communication and timely compensation going forward.

Avoid this company.
I'm sure if the product is faultless you'll be fine, any problems then it seems you'll be on your own.
Wonky standalone punch/kick bag I have had one response to calls and emails they half suggest a fix that will likely invalidate the warranty no suggestions on where to buy the fix.
Ridiculous customer service I'm sending the product back at my expense as I you are not responding to me, I will be claiming the postage back as it's a faulty product.

Absolutely shocking experience, advertised false information on a product they are selling, so I asked for a refund and they sent me a business return label instead of consumer label which meant the parcel shop drop-off wouldn't accept the return of their goods. No dialogue from them when I raised the issue (probably thought I'd just accept the loss and leave it) so I paid for my own return label. I then get a Paypal refund and a message saying I'm probably a scammer.... and that's from a company that falsely advertises it's products and makes it difficult to get a refund, give them a miss if I was you.

Good product at a good price, speedy delivery, in short, everything you want from an online purchase

Got a punch bag from their website and it's awesome! It was so easy to put up in my shed and it has been tolerating my intense workouts so far. Cheap and easy. i love it. Would definitely buy more stuff from here

They also gave me a pair of free gloves.

No order received ordered on 7th August despite promising 24/48 hours dispatch turnaround. No response to emails sent and nobody answers the phone or picks up messages left on the number. AVOID & go elsewhere.

Bought the 4 ft punchbag which is great , but developed a problem with the lower webbing. One X have been fantastic and provided brilliant customer service.

I can recommend this company.

We bought our bag just over a year ago. Nothing to highlight, everything was fine/normal. 14months on we decided to tether the bag using the bottom anchor and within a few uses it broke. We contacted them and there response was superb. They communicated quickly via email. They answered the phone. They explained it was out of warranty which we understood but offered us a goodwill gesture partial refund none the less. Excellent service, would recommend!! Good work guys, thx

They shipped out over night and had a full boxing set delivered the next day. 2 days before Christmas and during Covid madness. FANTASTIC!! I bought a punch bag from them off their website last week and due to a shipping problem, it did not arrive in time. Upon contacting the shipping company I was told that the package was 'lost'.
I contacted Onex on the phone number from their website and my case was given immediate attention! The gentleman on the phone was absolutely lovely to speak to, he asked me for the details of my order and promised to send another set of the same order the next day. 2 days later I recieved the item without any hassle even though they were not obliged to send me a replacement for something that was the courier company's fault.
The quality of the bag is amazing and could not be better for the price! I am absolutely in love with it and would recommend it to everyone!

Great company, free next day dispatch and 24/48 hour shipping. Have been using them for over 4 years to buy equipment for my gym and have never been disappointed. They have come a long way for a company which has only been around for 6 years.
