Ordered 3 clay cloths for my car, took weeks to arrive, definitely NOT what was advertised, these look like they where made by a drunk blind man, obviously another Chinese scam, Advertised using someone else’s advert, arrived in a clear plastic bag not the storage container in the advert, now to start the long process to get my money back
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, total scammers

I ordered a clay cloth that was on a Facebook ad. After reading the reviews I was sceptical it would even turn up. 1 week later and my item was delivered and exactly as described. Excellent service and value for money. Thank you.

Weak metal handle on the aerator sheared after just 4 hours of use. The foot plate is strong and robust but then unequal torque from the soil vacuum on use transfers to the weakest point! The t junction area leading to a sheared handle. As a grassland engineer I recommend aeration but this could be a waste of money 7bkess you only have 100 Sam lawn for low use

Bought a solar water fountain. Nothing like the website. Tiny and zero power. Complete waste of time and money.

Be very wary of this fraudulent business. You add an item to the basket and it adds the postage (understandable) but when it processes the order another item has automatically appeared. You do not see the total until you have submitted the order. Now radio silence and they refuse to respond to any of my emails. FRAUDSTERS! Do not order anything from these crooks

Same as many people here, saw a product they were advertising, bought it, recieved it, its junk. Contacted to send back for a refund and absolutely no response. Fortunately purchased via Klarna so payments now suspended until they respond

Goods arrived but do not adhere to wall sent 3 emails already to customer service still nothing

Terrible Chinese company. Advertises as uk based …. Not so. Ordered bathroom shelves designed to stick to wall by suckers. Didn’t work. Returns address was Uk so I immediately returned only to see the site change its returns address to a Chinese one after I contacted them. Fortunately had already sent and got a screenshot of their returns policy and addresses before they could do it. Do not use con artists. Item also took weeks to arrive

My order had not arrived I have tried to contact you for a refund but have been ignored why are you allowed to continue to sell goods we never get you are disgraceful

The items received were not as described, i contacted seller to ask for refund and what I needed to do on this and after several email attempts I did not get any response. Would not use this company again. Red flag company

Took forever to turn up and when they did they were half the size of the advertised item.
Also the postage was very expensive, yodel would have charged them around £3 they charged me £4.99, Avoid

Ive only gave one star to write review or I couldn't. Absolute disgrace of a company. Goods not delivered, thankfully my bank have sent money back to me and are now disputing them. Beware do not order

Absolutely appalling to deal with, items ordered in November and still not arrived. , I did contact said company for which I had a reply stating that my item had been delivered to safe place..In Ireland.! I live in the UK. I pointed this out in a further emails but what a surprise there’s been no response. Makes me so mad that these companies are allowed to operate.

Ordered 5 weeks ago and still not received my order. Emailed 3 times and not had a response.

Order never arrived despite them telling me it had. No response at all from customer service. I assume this is another fraudulent website. Not even worth the 1 star review.

Ordered over 4 weeks ago 3 tea light melting cups !!! Items not received 😡The company not answering to emails also. Seen the advertised items on instagram so think they should monitor what companies are scammers ? I have researched and a few of there items sell on Amazon. I have tried to contact Amazon. But because of not being able to talk a human and being put through phone robot chat I have not been able to advise them of this company. Please avoid.

I ordered assuming the cost was£14.99 and was debited £101+
I’ve sent five emails and no response.
I feel an absolute idiot as I’ve been scammed.
