I highly recommend only paws insurance we’ve had a very poorly cat and never had an issue with putting claims in. Always paid out. It’s been pretty straight forward. Thankfully. So thank you only paws.

Dumping Tesco pet Insurance
After trying unsuccessfully to renew my policy with Tesco due to what appears to be problems with their system and failing to actually speak to a person I had a check around and for an extra £23pa I got a much better level of cover. lets hope you live up to my expectations

Shame I couldn't score this company nil…
Shame I couldn't score this company nil or minus stars. The one time my cat needed treatment, for teeth lesions which my vet says is not an uncommon condition as cats age, I told that because I hadn't selected some obscure add on to my main policy then I wasn't covered. Totally unaware of these add-ons when renewing each year. When trying to claim, also discovered they don't have a phone number after endless searching - you have to email them or complete a form for a call back - needless to say after sending this twice, I wasn't contacted by phone either time as promised, just an email saying my cat's condition not covered - absolutely terrible service, would avoid them at all costs- impression is they will try and resist majority of claims

This process has generally worked well for most of our customers, as it provides a clear written response first. However, I’m sorry to hear it hasn’t met your expectations. Please be assured that it is never our intention to cause any frustration.
The additional boosters are designed to enhance your policy by giving you the flexibility to tailor the cover to your pet’s individual needs. These options are clearly shown during the quote process, where you can also select the policy limits that suit you best.
As a company, we strive to deliver excellent customer service and truly value your feedback. Your comments will be shared with the relevant team for review.
Couldn’t recommend less
Couldn’t recommend less. 9 out 10 claims are discounted, really not worth the premiums you pay this company. It would be far better to put money aside for your pets needs. Years of wasted money and fake assurance.
As the saying goes, you only know how good a company is when you need to claim. Buyers beware
