Absolute Scammers with the the weirdest and worst product in the market.

I signed up for a trial, and the system trapped me into a subscription loop. When I tried to resolve it, I was hounded by an aggressive automated bot threatening "extrajudicial collection costs" under a Dutch Act that has absolutely no legal standing or jurisdiction for a UK consumer.I will not be bullied by an automated script into paying fake £40 penalties. Delete my account profile, cancel this membership, and clear the balance immediately, or I will report this predatory billing behavior directly to the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and Trading Standards.

Well, well, well! It appears I’m NOT the only one who finds this company completely awful. One of the customer service agents was actually nice, granted, but would not offer a refund. I cancelled the subscription right away, so quick, that the £12.99 was still pending. Then I followed up by trying to contact the company to explain I don’t want the subscription at this time. I’m dealing with grief and have ADHD, which impacted my memory. They spew this 14 day cooling off BS. AND their products are not even sent for an ENTIRE month. What the hell, kind of company are you?! I told them I was asking my bank for a charge back, only for the second customer agent called India, telling me if I done this, I’d still have to pay and possibly incur charges on the OTA account! Geez, I don’t like bullying, manipulative behaviour and I had already contacted my bank for the charge back, just incase India thought I’d be scared. No way. It’s the scammers (that they are) that need to be afraid. You lot are in a sinking ship, and seriously would need to rethink your business model if you to survive. Dishonesty isn’t it!

Ho usato on that ass per un po' di tempo una volta pieno di mutande +o- decenti ho deciso di disdire la prima volta on that ass,mi consigliano di usare la possibilità di averne uno ogni tre mesi,ok dopo un po',ho cmq deciso di disdire ho disdetto a giugno,ma poi mi è stato detto che per disdire Giugno dovevo pagarlo e lo ho fatto disdetto a luglio quindi e la disdetta parte il 18/7 in lavorazione così che ad agosto mi sollecitano un altro pagamento cosa che ho bloccato immediatamente poiché già luglio e giugno erano stati pagati x annullamento

I had a years, but the quality is SHT. I want the Subscription Cancelled. I do it. . and 2 months later send me a theese Bad Quality Item, and i needed to py it, of not i need pay more... NEVER.... Fkin Scamm.

Do not sign up for this subscription: they lead you to believe the price is fixed, but then they raise it without your consent. If you no longer want to receive products, they force you to pay for another month without shipping anything—even after you’ve cancelled. If you don't pay, they threaten to charge penalties, despite having shipped nothing. They even go so far as to charge you money months after cancellation. The company lures customers in with a couple of free products but always comes out ahead; it is impossible to get out without spending money. They are thieves trying to take your money by any means necessary. In the end, I paid 50 euros for four pairs of underwear (two of which still haven't been shipped); at that price, I could have bought better brands. I am going to file a formal complaint because I have been robbed.

I used to buy them regularly but then cancelled as I became a university student and needed to save money. I got a buy one get one free offer from them so took advantage of it then cancelled immediately afterwards as I only wanted the offer. However I got emails days later demanding I pay an outstanding payment despite me having cancelled weeks prior. I then got an email confirming my subscription was cancelled June 12th when I cancelled it immediately after I resubscribed as I knew I didn't want anymore after that! I have emailed them countless times and they refuse to cancel it and have basically threatened me with debt collection. It's not my fault your systems didn't register my cancellation! My subscription is also listed as cancelled why are you trying to charge me! My order number is 50854071 I want this dispute cancelled

I saw an ad for a "free trial" of their men's underwear on PayPal and, trusting the platform, decided to give it a try. The product I received was of incredibly poor quality—so bad that I threw it away almost immediately.

A few days later, they automatically charged my PayPal account. It turns out they hide a recurring subscription agreement in their fine print which was completely left out of the original advertisement. I contacted their customer service three times to explain the situation and request a refund (especially since they hadn't even shipped a new order yet), but they completely refused and kept repeating the same scripted lines about their hidden policy.

This is a highly deceptive bait-and-switch operation designed to trap people into unauthorized charges. Looking at other reviews, I am clearly not the only victim. Save your money, do not trust their "free trial" ads, and avoid this company at all costs!

I signed up only to redeem a promotional coupon and had no idea I was supposedly enrolling in a recurring paid subscription. The subscription terms were not clear enough for me during the sign-up process. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled and contacted customer support, explaining that I never intended to subscribe.

Instead of trying to resolve the issue, customer support repeatedly insisted that I had agreed to the terms and continued demanding payment, even though I have not received any additional products. The free pair I did receive was also very poor quality and started falling apart after minimal use.

In my experience, this business relies on making the subscription easy to miss and then aggressively pursuing customers for payment.

Complete subscription trap – Do not give them your card!
​"ON THAT ASS" offers a free product just to gain access to your banking info. Once subscribed, canceling online becomes nearly impossible because their dashboard redirects you to pay fake pending fees instead of letting you unsubscribe.
​Customer support won't help and will just claim you agreed to their terms. Save yourself the stress: do not sign up, and if you already did, block them directly through your banking app!

Kwaliteit is net voldoende, maar prijs is enkel leuk wanneer er 1+1 of iets dergelijks is. Prijs kwaliteit is echt beneden maats.

What an absolute scam this company is. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Their subscription plans are diabolical to cancel and their customer service is of no use.

I tried the free trial and wanted to cancel immediately after. Now I am being forced to pay £12.99 for a month's notice fee for a delivery I haven't even received. This billing practice feels incredibly predatory. Please cancel my account and waive the fee.

Signed up for the Free trial boxershort, which arrived through my letterbox as advertised. Mind you by signing up you automatically subscribe for the paid version.

The print looks like decent quality. But after 2 washing cycles and wearing it once there is already a hole in the seem... so i cancelled my subscription. Hopefully they wont keep charging me as other reviewers mentioned.

They give you a free pair (an offer) which is good however if u want to cancel your membership (which I couldn't since the first order I did didn't even come lol) you must cancel 1 month in advance which makes no sense then after if u do cancel they say you must make "a new payment for some new pair" even though you might not want anymore and they just pester you sending emails spamming about payments even though you may not want them they insist which you cant do much about. The free trial stuff is a scam personally don't recommend

I do not recommend buying any subscription from this company.

After receiving my first pair of male underwear, I got notified that I had a payment due and that I could not cancel my subscription until the amount (around 12€) was paid. So, I paid it and received an email confirming the cancellation of my subscription.
The month after this situation, I started receiving emails from the company about a fake unpaid sum of money that equaled a month's worth of their subscription. They are trying to charge me after I successfully canceled my account, sending multiple emails in an attempt to fear monger me.
They seem to use legal loopholes and grey areas to enforce these predatory business tactics. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.

Avoid like the plague if you don't want to be messed around. They will attempt to trap you in subscription cycles, not send products you've paid for, and send you threatening emails when you try to cancel/block payments
