1★ – Unauthorised charges, impossible to cancel, PayPal had to block them

I’ve tried cancelling my subscription with this company several times and they kept taking money from me every month. I even deleted my card details, and they still managed to charge my PayPal account without my consent. I contacted PayPal directly and they confirmed the payments were unauthorised — they had to block the vendor themselves and refund me. No company should be able to keep charging people after they’ve cancelled. This feels like a scam and I would strongly advise avoiding them at all costs.

My son bought boxers using my card not realising that he was signing up to a subscription service. Shortly after the order was made he cancelled the subscription yet 10 days later the boxer shorts arrived. They are very poor quality!! Today I noticed the direct debit pending on my bank account although this subscription was cancelled over a month ago. I spoke to my bank and they told me other customers have had the same issue. I had to cancel my card to stop the payment but today the payment came out anyway. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this company like the plague unless of course you are happy to spend €12 a month on boxers that are worth less than a euro.

Har prenumererat på kalsonger i flera månader. Betalningen skulle skötas automatiskt via PAYPAL, vilket fungerade fram till dec.25. Då började plötsligt betalningspåminnelser komma. På hemsidan och mail finns en grön BETALA ruta men när man betalar står det misslyckad betalning. Testat en hel månad med samma resultat. Min bank och PAYPAL säger att det beror på företaget. Företaget säger att det inte går att betala in manuellt fastän jag gjort det en gång och det finns kvitto på det vilket jag mailat företaget, skickat bild, på kvitto och även att det är draget från mitt konto. Betal uppgifterna har företaget mailat mig. Får nu hot om påminnelseavgift och inkasso fastän det inte går att betala! Då det står att det inte går med manuell betalning känns de otryggt att testa det igen. Mycket märkligt att man inte kan betala då de hotar med påföljder!

They are sending me debits for a subscription that I have never made and never received anything from them. It’s a scammer. Ridiculous. I needed to asked for a new password and I have never subscribed any email or anything and there’s a debit on my name.

Proberen je te strikken met gratis spullen, trap er niet in! Voordat je het hebt uitgeprobeerd zit je aan een dikker abonnement vast dan afgesproken en kun je niet meer annuleren. Ze zijn onbereikbaar, via hun chatbot kom je in een oneindige loop.

Avoid this company. Having signed up for a promotion you'll find yourself tied into a contract with a one month notice period in which you'll be charged again! The boxers are not at all comfortable in my opinion so did not want another pair. Very expensive pair of mediocre boxers. This company is clever at extorting what they can while they can.

This company is a cleverly plotted scam! I'd have never signed up for it if I had known it was a subscription based thing. You have to dive so deep into the "contract" to find out that they want to take 12.99 a month. Its advertised as more of a free gift or a free sample! Then they had the audacity to try and remove 12.99 on CHRISTMAS DAY (When I was celebrating with family), so obviously I hadn't seen this, and refused to let me cancel the account unless I paid them 12.99, threatening to send their own team of debt collectors to the house, over a pair of underwear! Most unserious scam company I've ever heard of. Avoid! This company does not comply with UK law, I had to get my bank to put a executive stop on them trying to take money off of me, if you sign up for this it'll be long and hectic. Be careful.

Après avoir effectué le paiement, j'ai annulé mon abonnement. Seulement, ON THAT ASS m'a encore demandé de paiement car l'annulation n'est pas immédiate. Au moment de la souscription, ce système manque de transparence. Il faut se méfier d'un contrat à vie forcé, de vis sans fin.

Arrived home today to find I had been sent a pair of boxer shorts from On That Ass/ NL. I have never heard of On That Ass before today and I have certainly never signed up for an On That Ass promotion, nor would I. No family or friends were responsible for the order and one detail of the address was slightly innaccurate (though not enough to prevent arrival) which is suspicious in itself. I don't want the order, I don't accept the order and a quick Google reveals that the company is a possible scam company. I tried to contact the company on its website but all there is is a useless bot that has been designed to make it as difficult as possible to make a complaint that doesn't fit it's very limited criteria. Off to speak to my credit card company now in case, an attempt at a fraudulent claim for payment is made in the future since I note that there are On That Ass promotions which offer a free pair of boxer shorts followed by what Reddit users suggest are fraudulent payments.

replied to advert for fee gift. Gift arrived and worth about £4. Next £11.99 a monrh was being taken out of my bank account via paypal. Complained to paypal and onthtass who said I had signed a contract. This is a very clever scam so be warned

Just a scam. They suck you in with a free trial, then try to take monthly payments. Cancellation is virtually impossible as they have no phone number. Most of their email addresses do not appear valid.
They tell you that you cannot cancel for 7 days which does not comply with UK law.
I cancelled the agreement with PayPal and then received confirmation from the company that my membership had been terminated.
Just AVOID any dealings with this company

If I could give them a -10, I would. They are scammers! I was promised I would receive a free bra and knickers, I received them and now they are trying to charge me £13. I don't even understand why I was subscribed to anything! Their customer service is awful! There's no way of getting in touch with them. They have no phone, contact e-mail, they don't reply on social media. They claim you can contact them on their website, it's just a bot, which is a joke.

JUST DON'T. You'll be signed into a subscription with a demand for 30 days notice to cancel therefore meaning you pay for another set of boxers. Unless you dig into the small print terms like 'cancelable monthly' are used. No emails received pre delivery so no reminder to cancel. Don't bother trying to email and explain as you'll get the hard line. Check out the Advertising Standard authority ruling in 2023 for the same practice then and look at the ruling by the Dutch for Consumers and Markets. same kind of ruling about hidden messaging. Complaint forwarded to the UK's ASA again. Just search ON THAT ASS complaints in Google and you'll see pages of the same kind of complaints. Not clear what you're signing for, difficult to cancel, poor customer services. And all of a pair of £12 boxers. They're only OK as well, nothing to shout about. Step one are better if you're a large build

I cancelled my £12.99 a month subscription. £12.99 a month is a rip off just for a pair of kickers to be posted through my door.
Then I've had to give a month's notice and payment of another £12.99 for nothing.
After a few declined payments within the notice period, I got threatening emails saying if I don't pay £12.99 for the notice period then my account will go to a debt collection agency.
That's no way to treat customers. A very ruthless and Assy business. Avoid at all costs

i clicked for a pair of boxers for my husband to try for £0.99 i thought why not. they are only worth £0.99 ... they go baggy very quickly and only lasted three washes... i cancelled subscription and i was charged full price for another 2 pairs of useless pants... nice pictures rubbish quality! wouldn't recommend. better to go to primark where you pay the right price for pants that last more than three washes. feel let down and scammed

No customer service, no contact information, no way to cancel the abo, no delivery.

Very unsatisfied and feeling scammed.
I got the free set, nice, fast delivery, paper box. Low quality hipster but usable. Bralette didn't fit. They have long deadlines for returns (I think to stall you and make sure you enroll in the subscription). I waited for the date to ask a return for a bigger size, couldn't change enven though they had 3 different options for fit in the dropdown menu.
Sent and email, got slightly different information from the employee than it said in the website. Got a return of a same size with defect - therefore unusable. Got one bigger size bralette, also doesn't fit. The XL does not even seem to be a C-cup.
In the end, it was a complete waste of time and energy, not satisfied with the products for fit or quality, and probably they will still charge me at least one month (even though I cancelled within the trial period).
Let's see how it goes but I feel I'll keep having problems with them as they have no option to delete bank details or the entire account. I require the full deletion of my data!
