The bath towels and robe I bought were exceptionally well made and very plush. Towels were thick and absorbent. Bath robe is puppy dog fur SOFT. Great selection of colours for both these items. What's not to like?

The story was great
The story was great. The deal I chose was a good one for quality and for my needs. The repeated offers for more felt tempting but not pushy( no need to push). The product sells itself. I recall a great boutique small hotel in Southern Oregon where the towels were thick but sooo soft. Mystery solved! I have no doubt these are the ones.

Onuia requires you to pay return shipping to China
Update- This company worked with me when I had a problem. I’m adding stars because they are being proactive. Just be advised that delivery time is in weeks, not days.
I ordered a bed topper after seeing a Facebook ad claiming their products are used in upscale hotels. While customer service initially helped apply a promo code, the actual shipping has been a nightmare.
A week after ordering, I received a tracking number showing the item is shipping via cargo boat from China, with an estimated delivery time of nearly four weeks. Because it will not arrive on time, I emailed to cancel. Customer service refused, claiming the order is already in transit.
Other reviews reveal an important policy caveat: to get a refund, customers must ship the item back to China out of their own pocket.
