Order #256720 - The Cloud Topper - customer service is terrible. I sent an email to Onuia's customer service a week ago and have not had any response. My comforter arrived damaged on 10/22 and I sent an email and attached 3 photos the same day with no response. I sent a follow up email yesterday on 10/27 and my emails are still being ignored.

Customer Service is exceptional! Response is immediate and first class treatment. Their ultra plush towels are indeed soft . I recommend them, but look for their sales or coupon offers because of the high price. Would make lovely house warming gifts.

What a great company to work with. Ordered bedding and towels. The bedding is the most amazing quality an we will be re ordering. It’s icy, luxurious, non irritating. The towels are dreamy, waffle is my new go to. But, what sells me on this company is their first rate customer care. That’s the gold sty, theMBA model of service.
