No response on my order only partially…
They shipped my order only partially correct. Did not send me the complete two sets of towels that i ordered.
I have sent them three emails and have not received any response at all. I can find no phone number to contact them directly. So stuck with only sending emails.
I would not recommend you purchasing any product from this company!

Highly recommend Onuia’s have you waited towels?
This is the second order I’ve received from Onuia for their heavyweight towels and both orders are wonderful. I decided to try these towels after reading reviews. They are what I was hoping for. They are nice quality, and I feel they will definitely hold up. I love luxury towels, and these seem to be just that. I ended up ordering hand towels and washcloths too. Great quality for the price!

A 75, I’ve owned a lot of towels in my life. The towels I purchased from Onuia are by far the most luxurious in my experience. Soft, thick, and generously sized — I don’t think becould find a better towel.

I ordered bath towels and hand towels. I wasn’t happy with some of them, due to threads sticking out and lots of lint. The company took care of the problem ones by sending replacements. The replacements seemed to be of better quality and they sent some extra hand towels. I am satisfied with how they handled the situation.

Not ultrasoft after two washes (with update)
I ordered the 600gsm bundle in violet, described as "ultrasoft." After washing them from their compressed shipping state, they did indeed feel ultrasoft and thick, although I was surprised at how much violet lint I found in the lint filter, and how many violet dust bunnies appeared on my bathroom floor afterward. The company states they get softer with each wash. However, after the second wash (following their washing instructions), there was even more lint in the filter, and the towels no longer felt soft or thick. They already feel like regular towels, not special. It also seems like they snag very easily. I'm disappointed in these for the price I paid.
Update: Shortly after posting this review, the company's CEO reached out directly to address my concerns and make sure I felt heard as a customer. While the towels' performance didn't end up working out for me, I appreciate a company that takes customer feedback seriously and proactively reaches out to ensure customer satisfaction.

Finding the right towel
I think I first chose the wrong towels. But customer service listened to me and replaced them with the heavier towels, which I love. Very soft and they wrap you in their softness. I truly appreciate both the towels and the service.
