Great app, amazing customer support and fast

I signed up for Onyx through a Dimers affiliate link advertising “Spend $10, Get 200 in Bonus Picks.” Before making the purchase, I noticed my account was only showing 50 bonus picks, so I contacted support to verify the offer.

Support told me the promotion had been “reverted” to 50 and that my account was opted into that offer. I provided screenshots showing that the Dimers page and other Onyx affiliate pages were still actively advertising the 200-pick promotion. Despite that, support would not confirm that the advertised 200 picks would be honored and instead continued to say I would receive only 50.

I did not complete the purchase because I did not want to spend money based on an offer that Onyx would not honor. It is frustrating to follow an active promotional link advertising 200 bonus picks, create an account based on that offer, and then be told afterward that the actual offer is only 50.

Onyx should either honor the affiliate promotions it authorizes or ensure outdated offers are removed before customers sign up.

There was an error regarding a promo that was supposed to give bonus funds. They kindly corrected it within 24 hours, great customer service and a fantastic app overall!

Support team is always super quick with me and understanding. I’ve won thousands and have bet thousands and never had any issue involving withdrawing or depositing and the one time I have because of a billing address change, support was super quick to explain and update my information. This is literally the only app i use not DK not Rebet not anything else but Onyx.

Placed a parlay(2 leg) table tennis. One of the matches had both competitors playing 2 matches 4 hours apart. One at 330am, one at 830am. Pretty sure I placed a wager on the 330 match. The parlay paid out as the 330am match won in my favor. Then about 4-5 hours later my winnings were taken back after the second match in which the other player won. Almost as if the results had been overwritten because the other player won that match. Customer service says I bet on the 830am match. I am ok with that if that is true but I placed both bets before I went to bed to take place overnight and when I woke up, it had settled as a win. Customer service is not able to provide any proof of what time the match on my slip took place. All they can say is they see it on their end. What if the results of the 330am match over wrote the 830 match. They are not able to provide any sort of screenshot or proof

Scam site. Sends emails about promotions when the actual “promo” is different. Bait &switch. Customer support ghosts when asked. My friend said they never paid her out either after we chatted about our bad experiences

This company is a complete scam. I placed a winning bet on the 1st Set Moneyline (Alexander Mikuska) and cashed a nice payout. Immediately after, they suspended my account for no reason.
I didn’t violate any terms, didn’t do anything suspicious — I simply kept winning. Now they’re refusing to reactivate the account or release my winnings.
Total bullshit. Stay far away if you actually win. They only want your deposits, not to pay out. Absolute scam operation

See, I actually like to be heard and since I like to be heard. I like how they responded fast understood where I was coming from my point of view answered me accordingly to THE problem also helped me with the inconvenience. They're also very, very respectful, very nice and the app has so many things or website app, whatever it has so many things to offer, like it has a very good amount. And it's still growing as an app, and I can't wait to see the further updates. This has to offer. Thank you for the service you guys have. After my initial deposit and bets I started noticing how fraudulent these guys were and how weirdly some of their customers back them almost like they are part of the owners. Will not let you withdraw funds breaking multiple sweepstakes rules and yes I did contact my states consumer protection agency and New Yorks consumer protection agency. They are going to investigate this company and hopefully shut down shop. Go down the Reddit rabbit hole about this company but DO NOT put your money in these Mf pockets. Straight scammers

The customer support team is very helpful. They were able to resolve my issue within a day. The person that helped me was Christian. The Onyx app is easy to navigate and use but the UI/UX experience could be improved. It’s not as modern as other similar apps. Overall a great platform with generous sign up bonuses! The excellent customer support stands out above the competitors.

On 6/13/2026 I funded $500 into a new account on Onyx Odds. I then placed a wager for Minnesota Gopher Football to beat the odds of winning 3.5 games. The wager was accepted and we were all set.

Later on 6/16/2026, I checked back and it appeared that Onyx Odds removed the wager and cancelled the bet. They then "refunded" the $500 to my account. The issue is that they will not let me pull out the $500 into my bank account unless it's played through different bets with odds of -500 or greater.

This is clearly a bait and switch example of them receiving my money for a bet, then cancelling the bet, then making me bet on other bets that I do not want to place instead of just allowing me to pull out my money and transfer it to my bank account. They are claiming they are hiding behind the "sports Prediction Rules" and "Sweepstakes Rules" and not allowing me to fund my money to my bank account.

Great customer service and they make it easy to talk to. Highly would recommend this sportsbook if you like quality service

Consistency of keeping up with all major sports and displaying them for us to get a piece of the action. Your extra features are very clear to view 👌. And the support is very swift when called upon. The payouts could be a little faster but I'm sure you all will get better with time. Keep up the great work
