Wow didn’t see so bad customer service for long long time. It’s started nice with Ashley, but then Marie took over the case. Marie ignored everything what Ashley offered me with my claim. Very rude tone of her emails gave me ick. Ooze needs to make some clear procedures for their CS. Avoid this company. Overpriced products which are getting damaged very easily even if you using them accordingly to Ooze instructions. I won’t be buying via Ooze anymore. Waste of money, time and energy.

Terrible. Battery dies quickly and stops working even when charged, and unreliable. It stops working in the middle of hitting the pen. I threw my away because it was so bad

Update. Ok at er a few days of deals my WTH Ashlea in customer service . And they more made it look as though they cared and did want it o make it happen ight. So thank you ooze . It I will keep singing your praises. Ok just to be fair
I have had some really good experience with Fred from ooze . And they doake some good products but they should tweak up their products and add r3placement parts on some of their products .thought they understood and apologized and . Said they were replacing my items broke pen bought I Nov 22. And 2 speaker vapes just bought in may . And one to say sorry
They really need to revamp their site .and clean house on some of their employees esp customer service .they aren't the only Michigan device store anymore
As loyal as I am they don't deliver on this apology package?this my friends and I are going to a new provider? I won't spend my money were I'm treated like a burden It's the moves the little jack nut warms and puts the cartridge on just fell out after a week . It took 8 weeks for them to respond . They then blockedy emails made a resolution. To replace pen and speaker and say sorry free ship .I said ok mark .resved .I looked shipping lable printed four days ago nothing else so I emailed again not happy and informed them I bought breeze products so I would have so devices for fourth holiday for friends etc

Things can have defects but to treat and cheat and lie to your customers and be so rude . I worked in customer service in the 80s and 90s in retail I would not have had a job .if I was a boss and read some of these reviews .

On oozelife.com I ordered the Tanker battery that is supposed to have a long battery life. Only lasted 2 or 3 pulls before I had to charge it again. Emailed them a week after I purchased it for a refund and they would only do partial refund. Paid $30 and only received $22 back because of shipping and handling. Even though their product was sent to me broken! Will never purchase through them again.

About a year or so I first discovered Ooze and their vape products.
I bought a OOZE TWIST SLIM PEN 2.0 and when it arrived I charged it.
To use it you have to press the power button 5 times quickly to activate the battery.
Then you can draw or hit the power 2 more times for a preheat hit.
Sadly after the device times out you are back to 5 more presses to turn it back on?
The device worked well initially.
Over the year I have had to replace several more units. Most recently I received my replacement
battery only to have it fail after a charge right out of the box.
Previously I was given replacements after following all their steps and paying the postage after 30 days.
Now for this last failure Ashley wrote me back to tell me I needed to send the failed unit back after I told her I had thrown the unit out.
I put on some gloves and dug through the trash and found the battery in question. I wrote back to tell her I found it and am awaiting instructions?
Several times just trying to register a new unit on their website would fail. I had to contact customer service with that issue as well.
For my money I will be sticking with The Kind Pen for vape products, I am done getting screwed over by Ooze.

What an awesome little device. My oozelife barrel erig hits beautifully and smoothly every time. Perfect for home or travel.

This is the most chincy piece of garbage I have ever bought. Please for the love of God do not waste your money. By the seahorse it is much more durable and a longer battery life and a better design overall. If I could give this thing less than one star I would I've had it for less than a week and it just doesn't work anymore the connections inside are broke. This is the second one I bought they were both garbage.. DO NOT BUY!!

This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. They couldn’t even ship a couple of batteries without one of their contractors, Route, stealing my product and then saying they can’t do anything because I didn’t buy the shipping insurance from…. Route! Route sent a fake email saying USPS scanned the item as delivered but the mailman has no record of the delivery. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. It is a scam.

Now im gonna be honest ive had ooze pens before one died after 2years and the rest are still going strong and ive recently had a issue with the 1100mah twist they replaced it within 2 days of me asking note i emailed em on a weekend and when they asked refund or replacement i said replace and it was shipped same day!

This vape pen is dogsh**. I got three cartridges out of it if that. Then when I look online everything says 5 stars or 10/10. Very fishy considering when I come here most people hate this battery. Its giving paid off to give a bogus review. This company is disgusting.

Two pens and both broke before going through two cartridges, and the warranty claim was only going to cover one pen and then they still have the audacity to charge shipping and handling for the warranty replacement . You might as well just light your stuff up by burning dollar bills.

If 0 stars was an option you’d f*coin get it. Countless times I’ve been in a pinch and had to stoop to the level of this pathetic company. EVERY SINGLE PEN I’ve purchased through the company and third parties all die within the first hour to first day. Do not hold charges. Does not allow carts to properly vape. Yet the heating element is fine. Been through many products of 510 carts and they work perfect on any other brand pen. But anything ooze is trash. Don’t even know how you’re still in business and this started happening since 2019.

Live just over an hour away. Ordered almost two weeks ago. Took days to even print a shipping label then a few more days for usps to receive the package. Have three promised delivery dates so far all dates it did not arrive. Customer service doesn’t respond. Don’t use them!!!

Not reliable. Save your money and buy a dr dabber battery instead. It's $20.

I will be honest. I had placed an order with Ooze and it was taking forever to get it shipped out. I sent an email inquiring and they got back to me instantly. The sent the order out that day. I then came online and saw all of these terrible reviews and got really terrified about the products. The order arrived. I got a holiday bundle and had a few things to try out. I have had them for about 3 months now and everything still works amazingly like day one. The products are not too expensive and the customer service agents were really helpful to make things right.

Bought 3 Novex units and within weeks, 2 of them failed at the point where the threaded receptacle connects to the battery. While unscrewing a cart, the whole unit turned and came apart. The 3rd one is still going strong but losing 60$ in the first 2 week taught me to buy elsewhere

I ordered two Tanker batteries on December 27. The next day it says it was delivered on Dec. 19 and it ended up in Indianapolis. How did it travel back in time? I don’t live anywhere near Indianapolis either. I still haven’t got a reply back from ooze customer support. Thanks “Fred”. I paid the $1 for Route protection and they replied and reshipped my order within 4 minutes of the email. Route was good but Ooze is horrible.

I purchased the PINK TANKER for my wife. The first one would not charge, the green light came on and then it blinked and then nothing. I contacted them via chat and was sent a replacement in a timely manner. Which at that time seemed like good customer service. I wish I have seen these reviews before I made the purchase. Guess what the second one did the same thing. So I once again went on the website and used the chat again, however this time the are NOT replying. I've gone on social media and sent a message and they said they would get me help, then I got a message about trouble shooting and FAQS. I have sent several emails and have been very nice about it and NOW I GET NO REPLIES! Terrible customer service, and so far the product is not very good. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Defective Products replaced by another defective product then they do not reply. They get your money and you never get a product that works! Like I said I wish I saw the reviews BEFORE I placed an order. I have contacted my bank regarding this business.

I ordered a Pen through Oozelife and it lasted maybe 4 weeks and will not charge. I have contacted Oozelife by eMail since they do not support phone support whatsoever and will post their response which I am told I will receive by e-Mail today. I let them know I will be contacting my credit card issuer for this order with the faulty pen and I have another order that has not had a status change for a week.

Three Pens that would not hold a charge in a row. Junk product.
