Order received in a timely manner. A nicely made compact stand. I keep multiple guitars at hand, I’ll use this for a a temporary placement stand.

The guitar hangers are beautifully made and really look gorgeous. This is important because my wife insisted if my guitars were going on the wall the house must not look like a guitar shop!
Staff are friendly and very responsive and the items arrived pretty quickly which is great when you live way “ down under”! Thank you Openhagen. Well done.

I ordered two walnut wall guitar mounts on 27 July and they have not been delivered despite it being over two weeks ago. I emailed the hello@openhagen email address on 8 August and have not received a response. The company should follow its own shipping policy or, at the very least, inform customers when there is a delay.

Ordered my 2 walnut guitar mounts on 27th July on express delivery. To date (two weeks on) despite emailing them a week a go I have heard nothing, no updates.

Really helpful and friendly customer service- they replied quickly and followed up to check my order had arrived after it was delayed by the courier. Lovely quality items.

Excellent Guitar Wall Mount – Beautiful and Practical!
I first ordered this walnut guitar wall mount as a birthday gift for my husband, who absolutely loves guitars. The wood is stunning – the walnut finish gives it a warm, elegant look that fits perfectly in our home. It’s not only beautiful but also very practical and well-designed.

We were so happy with the first one that we ended up ordering a second! I accidentally chose the wrong color the second time, but the customer service team was incredibly helpful. They gave me clear instructions and made the exchange process easy and stress-free.

Guitar stand quality is really bad, guitars are not safe. Ask for return adress, no answer on several mails. Don‘t buy from this company !

The wall mount hanger is a great product, it will be helpful if the there a picture to show the difference of Electric Guitar Wall Mount vs Guitar Wall Mount.
The Electric Guitar Wall Mount has ball nose router grooved cork. if i know the difference, i would of order 2 xGuitar Wall Mount and 2x Electric Guitar Wall Mount instead of 3 & 1.

I ordered a walnut guitar stand from Openhagen.
The stand is very nice, solid, practical and it really highlights the guitar. No deception or bad surprise!
The shipping was surprisinly fast, I received the parcel within a week.
The stand packaging is efficient and secured. No damage.
The team is reactive enough: had a question about the stand I ordered, they answered quite swiftly.
Anyway, no complain at all about Openhagen, I would order again...!

Min order blev sent fra Kina efter næsten en måned. Jeg skulle betale import skat, så afviste jeg varen.

Jeg Prøvede at kontakte dem til en refund, men fik ingen svar og ingen refund. Det virker 100% som en skam side.

Update:

after a few days, and this review, the customer support contacted me offering to pay the import tax. Unfortunately it was already too late, so my package was already sent back. At the end I got the same order shipped from Denmark, and I got my product, after a total of almost two months.

I love the product, the guitar hanger is very beautiful, and it also looks like good quality, but the service has been terrible and in no serious company the customer support (which can only be contacted by mail) ignores you for an entire week.

Also, if the orders are sent from outside EU, it has to be clearly stated on the website, and import tax has to be mentioned beforehand. Being threatened about not delivering the package unless you pay more than what agreed when buying, is a very unserious way of doing business.

I had quite a long delay receiving my order but customer service were actually really helpful and kept me updated on the progress of my order. The hangers were worth waiting for too!

There was an issue with the shipping; however, I don't blame Openhagen — they responded quickly and resolved it promptly. Great product!

First things first : I usually never fall for ads of any kind, the digital world is pouring on us countless of useless offers. But, as a guitars owner, when I saw that stand from Openhagen, it so perfectly fit with my vision of how to treat your instrument well, it took me 10 seconds to digg and decide : the quality, honest and smart mindset behind the project. I fell for it !

The hang with me guitar wall mount was a gift for my husbands birthday. It is beautiful, well packaged and we can't wait to put it up to display his guitar. We had a couple of issues with the delivery but once I was in touch with the team they quickly resolved and kept in touch with me until it arrived. I will be back!
