No reply, no confirmation number and took my money
I have been trying to contact them since 4 days nobody is answering my calls or emails. i have purchased online sunglasses and they took my money and didnt give me any confirmation number. it is still in the cart as if i didnt purchase anything.

The lenses ordered on March 31
The lenses ordered on March 31, delivered after 2 days on April 2. I was a bit confused about the delivery date - it was not mentioned in the email and nobody called me on April 1.
However, I got a free lens solution, thanks for this.
So my advice - better inform clients about the delivery time. Normally, I would prefer to know the delivery date and approximate time.
All the other things are ok. The courier had a face mask and gloves. Thanks for working during these hard times!
