Update: In response to my complaint Optimalprint reissued another set of calendars at no extra cost but again through Evri, which I did raise concerns with due to still not receiving the originals (28.12.25). Evri delivered the calendars this time to a completely unknown address so still never received them. Ultimately, while previously I had great calendars through Optimalprint, the fact that they're still using Evri who have just been absolutely abysmal twice in the same month, does mean that I've had to reorder the calendars from another company who don't use Evri.

Have ordered and received personalised calendars for Christmas presents without any issues for the past few years. However this year I've yet to receive the calendars despite having next day delivery. 2 weeks later have put in a complaint as their chosen delivery company still have it 'processing' at their hub. Their auto response was for me to chase this up with Evri, no that's your job.

I like the finishing of the book I printed from optimal printing. Just 2 things I wished that could be improved.

1. Bleeding space. The way I designed my book was not considered well and wish the editor would show bleeding allowance. So hence my book was trimmed a little more than expected.

2. I wish the back of the book is not a mandatory white background as I would’ve loved to customize the book fully.

3. I wish I could scale the images freely.

Other than that, the print is great and just what I needed. Just very disappointed I can’t have the front and back cover fully customised the way I want it to. (Full colour and the rim customizable without needing to ‘parent’ the text on the front cover)

My order (photobook) came on time however, the photos were not aligned to the layouts. Not 1 but 2 of the main pictures. 1 came with 1/2 the pic the other was 1/4 of a photo. I am surprise the staff didn’t check before printing or delivery. I contacted via help desk, after 20hrs nobody reply to the raised tickets.
It’s meant as a gift for my bestie, I am very sure she will be so upset to receive a gift like this.

I have been using different companies to print books, posters, cards, mugs etc... around the globe for 2 decades now.
Optimalprint has a worldwide option, which is great when you move around or when you want to ship calendar, books, posters, mugs and so on from Singapore to Canada, USA, France and co!
The designs are often the same YoY , so that is one thing you should work on, propose new /different designs.
On books preparation, it s often more practical to do the page design on the side as the software is not smart enough to allow us to crop or zoom the pictures ( and print it as saved) , move them around the page as we want -
I had the bad experience, to have to redo a all book with another app because you could not do what i was expecting as a design.
If you order often - I would recommend the optimal+ if the price is still affordable .... check if it makes sense for you.

I've received very quickly the poster which was nice and seemed good quality.
I was desappointed by the frame which has no glass and it was very difficult to insert the poster.

I love how easy it is to use the Optimal print software app to put together all my pictures into an album. Found it much easier than other Photo-book softwares in the market. The album came exactly as how I arranged it on the app. Pictures are clear, shipping was quick and the album packaged securely. Definitely going to continue using optimal print!

I had problems with the colour of photos on a poster; they were much paler than the originals. After a reprinting and the same problem, the customer care team suggested reformating from RGB to CMYK and the subsequent printing was perfect. Excellent customer care!

This website feels like a scam - ordered prints worth $60 and it's been a week with no update on delivery (delivery date is now a few days past)

I should've seen the warning flags - no phone number, no contact email, no way to contact support actually! If you check their website and look at support, it only shows you generic FAQs but no way to contact them directly. Emails they send are from a noreply address so there's also no way to contact them via email.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I've just been scammed!

Update with more information:
The purchase was for an aluminium print. Delivery in Singapore.
Prior to checkout the estimated delivery fee was $9.90. At checkout the delivery fee was $62. I did not complete the order, hence no reference code.

I have not received the item yet. Makes it worse since it appears that you are not aware and are asking me for feedback on something I haven't seen yet.

When will they arrive?
