I've recently print a canvas, a poster and a photobook. I am satisfied with the quality of the print. It would be great if more features can be allowed in the software used to create the photobook, like inserting stickers, or inserting and positioning text on the photos. What I like about this company is that the annual subscription includes unlimited free shipping, which really helps save money! Delivery was fast too!

very disappointed with the Canvas received today, the colour of the photo printed on the canvas is very faded off, very bad printing, wont recommend anyone to do any printing from them, wasted money and yet cant display your photo canvas at home due to the extreme bad printing.

Great experience. Created customer Holiday Cards using their website - easy to use, logical. Cards came in a few days. Very high quality printing on heavy stock (I upgraded to glossy finish). Envelopes were also good quality. Will use them next year.

Received photo album a bit than normal schedule day. Quality is good. My family liked it.
* Print and paper quality is good and compact
* May need to improve the response time when designing the album
* May provide plastic cover like book cover to protect the album.
* After selection of photos application can provide template to render automate instead of single photo on each page.

very fast delivery, top customer service and good quality. it would be cool if they improve their web-software to personalise and design the cards even better.

Painful experience. Made my orders 1+ week in advance and expected a delivery as they have indicated within Singapore to be 2-5 business days. Worst mistake ever. Item status was stated as delivered but did not reflect at the delivery vendor. Upon daily check in (due to urgency and importance of the items), they were not able to provide any assistance or support to help w the push for an update, insisting to wait until the deadline was missed. So here i am, with a missed deadline and nothing on hand. and I receive a system operated reply to wait again. if that was the case, please do not indicate inaccurate lead times to mislead consumers. To think i even wanted to sign up for a Plus membership if the experience was good. Alerting all future consumers, i hope you have a better experience than me and take a risk that is worth your while.

Good quality, love how we are able to upload guest names and it will be printed on the cards. Very fast delivery!

The whole order and payment process was very smooth and fuss free.

I was disappointed when the expected delivery at check out differed from the expected delivery at the start of placing order. However, they eventually exceed my expectations and had my order delivered on the actual day that it was needed so that i could gift it on time. Good value for what was ordered.

Ordered a hardcover photobook and the whole process was very smooth. The online platform for designing was simple and easy to use, just drop in the pictures and adjust -- very intuitive. And the payment was fast and problem-free as well. When my photobook was dispatched I received an SMS to update me, and I received it at my doorstep via courier a day later. All in all it took 7 or 8 days from my order to delivery. The best part is that the photobook quality was excellent! Clear and bright pictures. Looks even better than on the screen. 2 thumbs up!

The first batch of card was not sharp due to the file not being it’s original. But the company gave us another chance to redo and reprint. Super happy with the second batch of cards when I receive it! Thank you optimalprintsg 😊

Chanced upon Optimalprint whole trying to get my wedding album printed. The whole process was such and breeze and I LOVE IT so much!! They have a fuss free drag and drop system to get your photos uploaded in the album that you want to make. And I get to arrange my photos and have a preview of how it would look like! Love the special feature of adding my own captions too!! Delivery was a surprise cause it only took a week for everything to be done and delivered! Very very impressed with the quality of the booklet and pages for the price paid too!

Great quality. Fast delivery as they are based in SG. This is my 6th time purchasing a photobook for my colleagues, Optimalprint never fails me. This round ordered 15copies and it's all in good condition. Their platform is user friendly too. Highly recommended 🤩🤩🤩

quality is quite bad compared to photobook. the canvas finishing is v poor and cheap material.
