I was lured into making deposit and after they several weeks I requested to withdraw and it was denied. I tried several times and still denied. It's a scam. Don't come near. Gladly, I have moved on with # Crop#Mines....# to deposit is easy and likewise to withdraw. I recommend them.

Obviously this a scam company, i didn't lost any money because i didn't invest using my own money just to test this company. I started with the free USD15 and purchase the basic plan earning 0.60 everyday till around 5 months. It has accumulated to around more than USD80 plus almost reach the required withdrawal limit minimum that is USD100. Upon reaching USD80 plus i was blocked and not be able to login or even seeing the app open up at all totally blank guess they block my internet service provider ip's. Normally using a PC can login too besides a mobile app and that has been block too. Beware of this Optominer site it's a fraud company for sure and what happened to me shows that it's a big Red Flag.

BE carefully. After months making a free plan purchases when I would make the withdrawl profit these plans the message is "You need to deposit 100$ first...". It is imoral...
After that what is the garanty that i Will can to withdrawl some investiment. I suppose not.

This organization is a scam, I confronted the customer service and my account was deleted then and there

,Yes, this is a scam, but a legal scam in my opinion. You may not withdraw money if your account is in default. It can be in default if it is under at least one (1) contract and/or if you do not purchase enough identical contracts in an allotted time frame. Once it is in default you may buy your way out of default by giving them more money. However, you're very likely going back into default after you buy your next contract. This explains their rate of returns. I have the communications as evidence, now I wish I could just post the screen shots.

My experience with Optominer has been very negative. In my view, the platform is set up in a way that pushes users to deposit increasingly larger amounts. At first, everything seemed fine and I was able to withdraw small amounts without issues. However, once I deposited more and tried to withdraw a larger amount, my account was suddenly blocked with the claim that two accounts had been used on the same IP address.

To supposedly unlock my account, I was asked to make another deposit – which, in my opinion, is a clear sign that something is wrong. In the end, I never regained access to my funds.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise being extremely cautious and staying away from Optominer. To me, it feels misleading and like a possible scam.

This is a scam. Easy to use and allows initial small withdrawals but then blocks users who want to withdraw larger amounts with spurious contract “rules” that they insist have been broken. They say the only way to unfreeze access is to make extra investments. After confronting them several times they deleted my account completely

I first heard about them from a news article they shared. I thought it was worth a try, and a few months later I’ve actually earned some BTC, ETH, and XRP. It’s a trustworthy company, and I’ll keep supporting and recommending it.

I have been using the platform for about a little over 2 months. I have initially deposited 10K USD because of some referral. Initially it was doing well, and I was able to withdraw 600 USD one time to test.

However, just yesterday, 9 days after i purchased the contract, which had a duration of 10 days, I received an email saying my account was in "Default" and blocked withdraw, and I was told by "customer service" that the contracts I had purchased was against the terms. Something about needing to purchase 15 of that contract before it expired. I was like "what are you talking about, that wasn't stated anywhere". I then checked it and behold, a 6th clause appeared on the contract in progress, they added it in after the fact. I have always checked the terms before purchase, and I screenshot before each big purchase as well, the 6th clause did not exist before the purchase.

I knew then that they are playing the scam games, manipulating and making edits behind the scene. Of course everything else is what other negative reviews have said, that I needed to deposit new funds and buy 11 more times totaling 44K USD to fulfill my "obligation" to the contract. I told the customer service agent that I was not able to deposit that much right now and my institution has a monthly transfer limit of 20K. So after a while they came back and agree to "escalate" and extend it for me if I fulfill just 5 of these obligations first. Guess what, that totals to 20K. Also gave me a deadline at about a week. Of course I was never going to comply. I asked what will happen after the deadline, and they said my account will be frozen and deemed "breach of terms and at risk", and that I had to deposit 60K USD of new funds in order to restore my account.

All in all, it is just a big fat scam. Stay as far away as you can and spread the word.

I made a deposit, after a mining contract finished, i tried to withdraw my deposit and leave in profits for further mining. Withdraw function was disabled for 90 days based on some mysterious system, that detected some abnormal activity on my account. Customer support is useless. All answers from them directs to their SYSTEM, that blocked for 90 days and it cant be changed.

My account was frozen. They said I violated some VIP regulations and asked me to deposit 30,000 yuan to purchase the remaining contracts. I have never heard of such a rule. I think it should be illegal. Later, I deposited 20,000 yuan, but unfortunately, it was not unfrozen. They also required me to complete the remaining contracts within a week. I said I couldn't complete it and they wanted to return my principal. They said that according to the regulations, if I couldn't complete it, they would freeze my account. My account is now frozen, and I still have more than 20,000 yuan in principal.

100% scam.
Ended up putting in almost 3k. Got my account up to almost 5k.
Tried to make a withdrawal and they told me my account was in default because I didn't buy 5 $3k contacts at once. And the only way I can actually withdraw is giving them 12k to remove my account from "default" status.

It looks like now they have changed the company name to binance. Which is an actual crypto firm. And took optominer away from the profile. Looks like all of their attempts to pull reviews backfired on them. And now they are trying to slither away by using other companies names.

It is a scam!

Every 1 star review here is accurate and from a real individual that fell for the scam. PLEASE folks, if you're reading these before doing anything with this site just close the browser. You can clearly tell the responses from Optominer to negative reviews are canned responses. The scam as outlined by other reviewers is completely accurate. It will "look" like you're doing well and making a profit and that even the service is something legitimate - you can even withdraw legitimately and fast in the early stages...but once you reach a threshold they lock the account with excuses like contract terms you agreed to (but didn't) and putting you on the "naughty list of untrustworthy users" and threatening legal action on you for just wanting your own deposits back. Looks like they run the math just right so as to not attract too much attention. Will be working with other users and law enforcement. Watch this review page, I have a feeling you're going to see more and more scammed customers chiming in.

This platform is a scam. I invested a big chunk of money and shortly after they asked me to deposit additional funds or they would deactivate my withdrawal function. They claimed this was part of the contract, but the clause was added after the fact. Of course I didn't make any further deposits, since at that point I realized they have scammed me, and they deactivated my account. Don't make the same mistake and stay away from this platform. They seem to post positive reviews every day and this way keep their rating high, so I challenge Trustpilot to do their due diligence and do a thorough verification of their company profile, as it looks like they have not verified the company details yet. And if anyone has been a victim of the same scam, I encourage you to file a report with Action Fraud in the UK where the company listed on their website is based in. Such crimes need to be stopped so that no one else goes through similar painful experience.

Please, be careful with this site. I've lost a big amount of money, because I've got greedy and wanted to make a big fortune super fast.

You will end up losing money if you trust it.

This is a scam. I personally invested a big sum of money and after a couple of weeks they changed the terms of my contract and stopped any future withdrawals, asking me to put in 4 times my original investment, which was never part of the original contract.
My funds are still locked there and I am unable to withdraw.
Opto miner and the company listed as the owner of the platform are not even FCA registered in the UK.
Don't make the same mistake as me and others who have lost their investments. Clearly, the positive reviews here are written by them. Stay away from Opto miner!
