Excellent customer service
We had a very positive experience with Rebecca, she thoroughly explained every aspect of our policy, and helped very much to make sure it was suitable for our needs, she answered any concerns to the highest standard,and put us at ease, and made it very easy to understand what was included in our policy, she kept in touch each time with any updates, and even got us a voucher to spend near to Christmas We are very comfortable in the fact we know what we have purchased and it is meeting our needs thankyou Rebecca we will be back if needing any further advice or insurance, top class customer service.

I entered my details to get a quote for life insurance and got called within 5 minutes by Nick from Oracle Protection Insurance Brokers Ltd. Nick was very friendly and understanding of my circumstances and found the quote that best suited me within 24 hours of our initial call. I had a amazing experinece with this company.My queries and application was dealt with by Senior Protection Broker Alex Moyes . The customer service I had was absolutely amzazing and outstanding. These conversation are not easy to have however Alex made it easier and better to talk about it.He had been very approachable , I felt encouraged to raise any queries or concerns with him -this he would deal with in a timely manner .I felt valued from getting that initial call till when my husband and I agreed on the Life Cover we took out.
