The lamp is absolutely gorgeous. Very happy.
Love the product. The shipping from the UK took FOREVER, the holidays used as a reason. But one would think shipping over the holidays would be a priority, the time of year when sales are most prolific. So it took 8 weeks to get to NYC. The showroom people in Manhattan were helpful, but the lamp was a Christmas present and after being ordered in early December, it finally came in late January. Original BTC is redeemed by the quality of the product. 99.9% worth the wait...

Super helpful pre sales - Sarah was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. Purchased directly too and collected although they offered free delivery. Fantastic quality lights, easy installation and look absolutely stunning. Highly recommended.
