Excellent customer service, when I ordered the wrong light Sarah could not have been more helpful in arranging a collection and then delivery of the correct one.

BTC products are really nice, well made and have a lovely heritage...but some back office systems/ administration issues. On two occasions I have had no order confirmation and on the most recent occasion it took a while to find the online order that had been placed with money having left my account. Not very reassuring despite friendly customer service.

Fantastic company - I love their beautiful, classic products. The two task lamps we’ve got are great quality and look fabulous. We also purchased two Hector wall lights and are very pleased with them! Original BTC customer service is second to none - when a lamp arrived with a damage from transport, a replacement was organised very quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much!

My beautiful shade broke while I was cleaning and the lamp tipped over so I was so happy to see that I could get a replacement. I also enjoyed watching the video of them making the shades.

We originally saw the BTC lights in the Paris showroom and after many years we’ve redone our kitchen and included a Fin Horizontal pendant. Very speedy delivery, super safe packaging and the gorgeous light was easy to fit. Getting a second one next as they look even better in a row.

Bought many pendant lights from Original BTC, but this was first lamp. Beautifully made and delivered promptly. Need to finish decorating my study, where it will have pride of place.

De superbes produits mais un service client pas compréhensif à l’égard de sa clientèle. Pas le moindre geste commercial face à un problème de fabrication évident. Je me retrouve à devoir une nouvelle fois (la 3ème) racheter une applique. Pas certaine que ce sera le cas. Très décevant de la part d’une maison comme Original BTC.
