Excellent service recently from Original BTC. I was trying to check out a couple of lights on the Black Friday sale but the website didn’t show the box to put the discount code in (due to cookies on my PC I think.) So phoned them and my call was answered straight away, order was placed and I received the lights the next day by DPD. Excellent service and the fin pendant light and brass picture light are now up and look fantastic.
It was so nice to deal with a very helpful person on the end of the telephone straight away when online ordering went a bit awry. Well done Original BTC.

Excellent product , easy to order and delivered before specified date

I ordered a Hatton 3 floor lamp by phone and was given an estimated two to three weeks for delivery. The lamp arrived in half that time, carefully packed and on a pallet. I’ve bought lots of lamps from Original BTC and they always provide a great service, as well as beautifully made products.

Great order placement process. Delivery time +2-3 weeks a little long. But worth the wait. The lamps are super.

I needed a light fixture that we had purchased in the past, but was no longer in the running line. They were able to locate it and made the whole process very easy.

Brilliant as always. Our light and floor lamp are very old and have stood the test of time, we bought them in their first year of trading. We needed a repair, caused by removal damage to the base. it was organised efficiently for dates that worked for us. The floor lamp was returned in excellent condition and carefully packed. It looks like new. Thank you.
