I've been building my own PCs since the 90s and this is the first time I've bought one built for me. The components offered were pretty much the same components I would've chosen for myself. The service was great, the PC is very nicely put together, and everything was so easy. I don't know how they do it, but it only cost a few $100 more than had I done it myself. Really amazing work and I will definitely use Origin again.

I forgot to say... Another nice thing was there wasn't any bloated software installed. It's a clean out-of-box-experience install of Windows.

Quick response time, accurate and honest. Bryant did a good job of handling a relatively stupid question of mine with grace.

Update had to get more help from Odette N with build recommendations. As I now plan to buy and put in my own GPU. I learned I can request them to pre wire for me so it is easier to install, which I will utilize.

This was my first time buying a PC from Origin and it was great. The whole process was smooth. Plus Flex C. kept checking in and providing updates. That was a new experience. I appreciated it. My new PC is running great too. It is sooo quiet, my laptop is louder. Anyway, great experience.

Everything was sensational from start to finish.Flex and the sales team, the production team, and the delivery were all top tier. My PC came looking perfect and it runs genuinely anything I want at top specs. I will recommended Origin to genuinly everyone I know in the future

From the second I bought my new PC, I was informed on what was going on with it. I was lucky enough to have Jay F. as my correspondent. He updated me every step of the way with exactly where my PC was in the process. They gave me a 2 week time until shipment and they had out 10 days before that deadline.

When I received the PC, Jay immediately reached out to make sure I got it and asked if I needed any assistance with setting it up or if I had questions.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a PC and now, Origin will be the only company I buy a PC from.

Well first and foremost, I would like to thank Oliver for being awesome support. Oliver provided me with all the information I needed to know about my purchase. ( I thought it was very nice bc most places aren’t open for a conversation) What I am trying to say here is that ORIGIN PC shows CARE that’s what really warmed my heart lol

These people stayed in contact with me every step of the way. Oliver p, the whole sales team, and of course the techs and stress testers. I spent a fair amount on my pc and everything came safely wrapped and packed, I have absolutely no complaints other than it took me too long to decide on origin as my pc provider.

Ordered PC on 11/1/25 and received it 11/11/25. Jay F. did a great job keeping me updated on the build, when it shipped, and answered all my questions. Great packaging and build quality. Would purchase another PC from Origin in the future.

Oliver was very timely in letting me know the stages my pc build was in and helpful with the assistance I needed when the keyboard that was supposed to come with the pc didn't arrive with it. It's on back order. Pc is running great so far.

Bought a system from Origin last year. In just under a year it started crashing. I worked with the support team trying to resolve this issue. Had to send the computer back for repairs, after a month of having the computer for repairs they still haven’t sent it back. Luckily I had an old computer I could use in the meantime. I’m still waiting. They received the pc on on 10 October 2025 and it’s 14 November 2025 now

Bryant is a very big help! And is amazing and has a lot of patience, im very new to computers and using origin and he was very patient with my lack of knowledge! 10/10!

After making my purchase I was very surprised to get update emails from Jay F. letting me know what stage my new PC was in. Letting me know they were pulling the parts for my order then notifying me that it was in the process of being built all the way to being in the shipping office. I was very excited for its arrival and having these updates just made receiving it even more exciting. Thank you so much Origin PC and Jay F.

While customizing a laptop in my cart, I had some questions regarding storage configurations, etc. Jay was incredibly patient, took the time to explain the different options, configurations, etc, and actually saved me money in the process, because I was loading up hardware that would have been both unnecessary and overkill for my particular application. Very pleased.
