After working with Origin I will never have to find a new place for computers again. These folks are just the best. Great prices for high quality builds and stellar personalized service. Oliver was attentive, quick to respond, and keep me in loop on progress of my order during the build process.

Jay did a great job keeping me informed of my build starting a day after I placed my order. The main reason I went with Origin was for the personal support I hoped to receive and he came through. I’ve just purchased a custom-built computer from Origin, and this is my fourth computer from OriginPC (my first purchase, and the other three were gifts). Basically, I went into this knowing what to expect, and after my last three rigs, I had no doubt I’d be happy. That being said, I didn’t expect to be so impressed. My expectations were exceeded far beyond what I had anticipated, for many reasons. The machine was built perfectly. I’d go so far as to say that the technicians and engineers are artisans of their craft. The rig performs flawlessly right out of the box, and the attention to detail is evident. The machine arrived earlier than estimated, was carefully packed, and customer service was engaging and responsive.

I worked with Oliver, and he was exceptional. He kept me posted on updates throughout the process, and was incredibly responsive. I only had 1 or 2 questions along the way, but he got back to me very quickly.

I’m delighted with the result, and after this experience, I guarantee that I’ll be returning for future purchases. Highly recommended.

This was quite a large purchase for me and I had some buyer's remorse a day or two after I initially placed the order, but it is worth every single penny. This is the most top shelf machine I have ever owned as usually I buy a two or three generations back because, frankly, I'm cheap. Ha ha! But I'm not getting any younger and wanted to buy a GREAT machine for once and this is, indeed, a FANTASTIC machine. I'm very happy with it and would easily recommend Origin to anyone looking for a new PC.
