Festive!
Not only did I find the most perfect ornament to bring to my friend’s tree trimming/Thanksgiving dinner but, it arrived two days before Thanksgiving even though I forgot to add express shipping. I was so excited! Plus, it was expertly and very festively packed. The ornament was a big hit at the party - he requested black and gold so a nun flipping the bird with her face painted gold was the perfect choice!!! How could it be more perfect?

⭐ Excellent Customer Service and Great Experience
I purchased a couple of dinnerware sets from Spain. The team reached out to clarify a few questions about the shipping process and were incredibly kind and helpful. The delivery was fast and everything was very well packed. A few plates arrived slightly damaged, but they immediately took care of the issue — always with kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. Truly outstanding customer service!

I found great customer service when the shipping vendor lost my item. A replacement quickly arrived and it's unique and a lovely addition to my Halloween decorations. A customer service rep. kept me in the loop so I knew what to expect.
