Do NOT order from this website. I bought an item and it still hasn't arrived its been well over a month.

When I checked the tracking number it's saying that my item has been delivered, but it's got a picture of the parcel outside a green door but my front door is white???
I double checked my address in my invoice that the company sent is CORRECT, I also checked with Royal mail. As at the time, I thought it was more like it was a postal error.
But after investigation royal mail said that the company has either given me the wrong tracking number or put the wrong address on my parcel.
The customer services is non existent, all their contact email addresses does not work.

I have never seen scam company building such a comprehensive website. Ordered 150$ of goods that never arrived. Tracking said delivered but of course it s a lie. All their email addresses are fake so basically there s nobody to talk to.
I hope it gets shut down soon to avoid more cases like this.

DO NOT ORDER from this company they are a scam. I paid $500 australian dollars for various items and got nothing. They than said my shipment was delivered when i received nothing (2 months later). They even went to the length of giving me a fake tracking number for my shipment with Aramex. Please do not order from this scamming company. Dont loose out like I did

I was waiting for 30 days to receive my order and when i got it i saw it was wrong! The customer service is very bad and now i have to pay fees to send it back (which i have already pay to receive it) if i want to have a full refund or to keep the order i didn't order! Im the one that i have to pay for the mistakes of the company! Besides that the customer service as a solution is to give it to a friend of mine or sell it to someone else! Amazing?

I ordered a boho dress for my wedding. After a month or more received an email it had shipped either a tracking number. I finally another month and a half later received an email my package was delivered, but it wasn't here. I checked my tracking info and it said my dress had been delivered to another city that is a 4 1/2 hour drive away. I emailed the company several times. Got an email back saying they reached out to the shipping company and were waiting for a response. No offer to refund or resend my dress. I emailed them several times without answer. I finally contacted my bank and had the charges reversed. Still haven't heard back yet about how they planned to fix the situation.

I never received my package. They told me to check with my post office and my post office said the tracking number does not exist. SCAM

Ladies NEVER NEVER order of this company I ordered a bikini and I got something that looks like a dressing grown I couldn’t be it when I opened it I was in total stock they then offered me 10$USD to keep it but I told what they can with there 10$USD they didn’t offer to send the right item so I got my money back though my bank and when you email them they just ignore you so please don’t fall for this company they are disgusting very bad customer service they just don’t CARE

I ordered a sliver sequin dress and got a green maternity dress! I’m so unhappy and their email doesn’t work to return it! Also it was 50.00 dollars which really makes me so upset!

I ordered a dress for my brothers wedding the "ethnic one shoulder maxi" it was a burnt orange bal gown and instead i received a white button up shirt. literally nothing close to the product. Im super sad, i was so excited for this dress! be warned.

Hello I ordered and paid a cotton jumpsuit and got, after a long time, a black linen dress! It’s unfortunately not possible to write any email, not possible to take contact…. The written email came back. What are the customers possibilities?

Today I received the package with my order (the order number is 00010769). I got the wrong product. I received red pants instead of a dress. All day Your mailbox is unavailable. I can’t send You e-mail. Could You sent me the dress that I ordered as soon as possible?

Ordered a dress for prom and the item that was sent without an invoice, mailing address etc was the WRONG item some ugly type of button down coat and the email addresses they provide all come back as mailer-daemon - do NOT order from them and I will file a report as well. I want my money back and it's impossible!

c'est une arnaque ! Les articles reçues n'ont rien avoir avec les robes commandées. Impossible de les joindre sauf par mail et lorsque j'ai demandé un remboursement, je reçois 'mail non remis'!

J'avais commandé une robe et je reçois un ensemble pull horrible. J'ai envoyé un mail mais je crains de ne jamais avoir de nouvelles. Je suis terriblement déçue et en colère.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND I’M FILING IN POLICE REPORTS TODAY. I ordered clothes for 250 dollars, received the clothes after 3 weeks and all clothes are ugly wrong clothes in wrong sizes. This is the worst scam company ever in life and you cannot get your money back.

terrible .... they sent us all wrong items in wrong sizes. None of what we ordered was sent. they only offered us a refund of 1/4 the value and told us to sell the stuff on our own. never actually got the refund. contact email did not work 90% of the time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! SCAM OUT OF HONK KONG

@oshoplive has new bussines model. You order a item, they send you unusable piece of junk and than offer you discount 5% for next order.
Than you receive an unusable piece of junk and than offer you discount 5% for next order, than .....
You can open garbage dump if you continue too long.
And comunication only over card company, mails don't work.
