I ordered a white feather dress they sent me a green tight dress scammers scammers that's disgraceful

I ordered a white jumpsuit and received after 5 weeks an awful green dress. Tried to email their customer service but the email bounced.

If I could leave no stars I would. This is by far the worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with.
I ordered a dress and they shipped it to a completely different city. Trying to get them to reship was nearly impossible, then my item was "out of stock" and now they gave me a tracking number that doesn't exist. My emails always bounce back, I keep having to resend. I will NEVER order from this company again.

Horrible company. Ordered 3 jumpsuits and was sent completely different items. They weren't even jumpsuits or even the same colour.
Absolutely horrible. Wasted my money and when I tried emailing back after they said the items shipped. The blocked my email. I wish I could attach photos to show what I ordered vs what I recieved.

This place is a scam. I ordered 2 items. Paid for fast shipping. Got my items almost 3 weeks later and they are both wrong. Now the company won't give me a refund unless I mail back my wrong items to China on my cost. Most of my emails bounce back and there is no customer service number. Do not order from this company.

I order a Bohemian dress from this company £30 down the drain. Everytime I tried to contact them via email it just came right back. Then they publish a new email address and the same thing happened. Please stay away from this scaaaaaaam

Ce sont des voleurs, ni plus ni moins. Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande, le numéro de suivi communiqué était invalide, leur mail également. J'ai déposé une plainte sur Paypal (heureusement pour moi je n'avais pas payé par carte sinon c'était fichu) et ils m'ont uniquement proposé un remboursement partiel, de 29 dollars de moins que le montant initial, sans justifier de cette différence et sans collaborer lorsque j'ai demandé davantage de détails (preuve que le colis avait été perdu, explication du montant inférieur, etc...). Cela signifie qu'ils peuvent très bien sur certaines commandes simplement ne pas envoyer le paquet et empocher une partie de la somme... Ne commandez pas chez eux !

It's a scam. Don't buy. I made an order for 210 dollars and never saw my dresses. They also gave me two fake tracking numbers, told me that they will have reshipped.
ALL lies.

One of the worst experiences ever. Imposibly bad product quality - cheap and transparent fabric, horrible stitching, doesn't match the description at all, wrong length of the items.
The customer servise is absolutely indifferent, they don't provide exchanges and don't issue refunds or cover return fees.

I placed an order October 7th I've never received it and they charge my charge card. I think we're all going to find out that this place is a scam. My friend ordered from here also she got a bathing suit that was a size extra large it wouldn't fit a little girls 6

Didn’t want to give a star! Terrible service, they say they have not received my return and won’t pay me back. They offered 10 dollars for me to keep items and not return. Took ages to get address but now they say they haven’t received it back. Do not buy!!

I would give this no stars if I could. As others said, I placed my order, never received it, company says post office shows it as being delivered and my local post office couldn’t find anything about it. Don’t order from them!

scammers like all those other similar websites on facebook. cheap quality dont look like image takes long to arrive charge you more then is shown and no business details shown. dont fall for the trap

this website is AWFUL, my total was 14 dollars but i got charged with 120!! i did not recieve a confirmation e mail or anything! this is a SCAM

I placed an order with them 3 weeks ago and i still haven't received my items and when i checked my gmail they stated that the items had arrived upon checking my local post office they couldn't find anything that was there from this company i would never shop here again EVER !!!

Bon pour celles qui se plaignent de la qualité c'est normal, ce sont des articles que l'on retrouve sur shein, et en soit la qualité n'est pas médiocre il faut se renseigner un minimim

I have purchased twice from this business and 6 weeks down the track I am still waiting. I have emailed them 3 times asking for a refund only to be fobbed off with the favorites sentence "stuck in customs'. I have found the same items on eBay for a third the price.
Do yourself a favour and don't buy from this business.
