We've recently sold our property using Oulsnam Estate Agents, the Northfield Branch. From start to finish staff have been professional and supported us along with what can be a stressful process. Throughout the whole journey one member of staff in particular went above and beyond.

Emily Perks, has been amazing!!! She was reassuring, explaining things at each step of the way. If there was something that we did not understand she would take the time to explain and reassure us.

The service we received from Emily was very efficient always returning calls, queries chased up and responded too. There was always someone we could get hold of when we needed too in the office. We would highly recommend Oulsnam Northfield based on our experience. We used them in the past in Bromsgrove and had the same kind of service. Very happy.
