I used to scribe to The Chapar (I think that is what it was called), but it closed. I decided to try Outfittery when I saw it online - seems good so far.

Great service, great packaging. Only pay for what you keep and returns is paid for. Great items and within the set budget. Would recommend it.

The kept items I wore the next day 👌 best is that it fits together and I do not need to care about this, cause I am not a fashion expert, I trust the style experts 😁

Fantastischer Service, die Qualität der Ware ist 1A, sehr gute Marken und immer sehr trendy. Was mich beeindruckt, dass die KI oder die Mitarbeiter - what ever - immer genau meinen Geschmack treffen. Wirklich toll!

Often too tight too expensive or weird colors

It was fun and I liked the clothes they sent! I habe children, so I‘m buisy and have not much time to go shopping. I liked shopping in my couch, the service of someone picking something in my style, I liked the recycable and reused box and the styles in general!

They are revolutionising the shopping now. The way you customise your box. The way you can choose all the clothes from the online wardrobe.
The clothes were all of high quality material and very nicely tailored.

The box was delivered within a week of the order.

Return is super easy. You just scan the QR code and then select each item with a reason of why are you sending it back.

It took me hardly 2-3 minutes to finish the process.

The payment method is also very feasible.

The price range is good. Depends all on your budget.

Ich war insgesamt zufrieden mit dem Service. Die Artikel waren nicht ganz, was ich mir vorgestellt habe, aber mit dem entsprechenden Feedback wird sich das verbessern. Ich habe wohl selbst meine Hosengröße (engl. Größe) nicht ganz richtig angegeben. Ich habe drei Teile behalten, bestelle wieder und freue mich auf die nächste Box.

Gute Box. Schöne und passende Sachen. Immer wieder kaufe ich auch.

So far I have had two orders now from Outfittery.
The boxes have arrived promptly, and the clothes are beautifully packaged inside. The styles are put together well and the clothes are of a high quality.
The outfits are quite expensive so I have only kept a selection of items, but the process has been very enjoyable and so far the returns have been straight forward.

I hate shopping, but I need clothes, and this service does make clothes shopping relatively painless. I was initially looking for a replacement for Thread, which was bought out by M&S and is not longer in business. This isn't quite that. You tell them your style and the kind of clothes you want and they send you a box of stuff and you only pay for what you keep.
What impressed me was that the stylist actually seemed to listen to my preferences and sent me the kind of stuff I actually want to wear. It sounds simple but I honestly didn't expect it. I thought they would just palm off the same clothes on everyone.
What could have been better is that they mainly send very expensive stuff. With Thread, which was basically a massive search engine, you could filter items by price to make sure you shopped within your budget. With Outfittery they send you pricey clothes, so you either exceed your budget or send back stuff you would really want to wear because you can't afford it. It would be nice if they had a wider range of prices to make this service more accessible.

Delighted with my 1st box. The items and colours.

I had tried another company (I didn't know you existed!) and this 1st box has been more successful than the many boxes from them.

Used to be a customer of Stitch Fix and like all the other reviews feel I have been scammed. Charged for an item I did not keep. No emails back from customer service. Will be taking through my credit card and getting it revoked when the transaction has gone through and cancelling all billing. Avoid at all costs.
