Another Stitch Fix customer (who were great) who has been charged for items that were sent back!

Ordered one box to see if it was any good and initially delivery was delayed with poor communication on the account (just saying delayed). Finally received but I sent all items back as the quality was so poor - around 3 weeks ago.

Been randomly sent a bill today to charge me for a jacket that I didn't keep and advising me to pay within 14 days of the box being received (which was more than 14 days ago). All items were returned using the original box/online return process.

Absolutely livid! I have cancelled all my payment methods through paypal, including 'pre approved payments' because Outfittery appeared on there without my knowledge, removed my card from the Outfittery account and cancelled any upcoming boxes. Sent an email but not hopeful for a response given the reviews below. So disappointed after being a Stitch Fix customer for around 3 years without any issues!

Really unhappy! I was a stitch fix customer and received one box. I sent it back and that was fine. But the second one I received, I also didn’t want the irems and I sent this back weeks and weeks ago and I now have an email saying they are going to bill me £390 because I haven’t sent the box back! I have proof of purchase but cannot find their address for the UK anywhere so I can make sure i’m sending over the correct one. Also tried to check how to cancel and it just seems impossible

Same as all the other recent reviews! Previous stitch fix customer. Haven't ordered a 'box' which is actually a bag! Very expensive items and it seems a credit note rather than a refund is offered. Can't log in to my account as stuck in a loop saying I was a previous stitch fix customer. Will also be taking further if I don't receive a full refund.

I also have received a box that I did not want. I discounted the emails preceding its delivery because I knew I hadn't ordered anything, and the clothes shown were so bad I thought it was either very poor marketing or a scam. It looks like orders are sent regularly. I am returning the package today and have emailed requesting they close my account. I did use Stitch Fix previously, and I'm concerned that Outfiterry have my credit card details and will look to see if there is any GDPR breach. I will be keeping a very close eye on my credit card and hope that this doesn't turn into the saga others have experienced.

I posted a 1 star review on 1st June after receiving a box which I never ordered, from a company I did not know I signed up for. I was a Stitch Fix customer whose details were handed over without my consent. Maria from Outfittery eventually replied on the 3rd June, told me to refuse the box which was apparently on its way and I have in writing "we will immediately block your account so that no further communication with you takes place." Lo and behold, another box arrived today. Luckily I was at home and refused the box again, but there does not seem to be any way to stop this. My data was sold to Outfittery without my consent, I don't have a login to their website, I never placed an order, and I keep receiving boxes. This is completely illegal, unsolicited deliveries and a scam.

I am concerned as I have just received a box from this company and I have never ordered anything from them and don't know who they are.
I refused the delivery. I have seen several emails in my junk folder from this company which I thought were scam emails so never opened them and have spotted one stating they are sending me a box. Based on other reviews mentioning Stitch Fix, I decided to check those emails.
I used to be with Stitch Fix and I have discovered that Stitch Fix sent an email to me last November saying they would transfer the details over to Outfittery unless I opted out via a link in that email. I don't remember reading the email and so of course, never clicked to opt out. So while I didn't opt out, I also have never logged into or activated an account for Outfittery.
I don't think Stitch Fix should have done an automatic transfer and I don't understand how Outfittery can send a box to someone who has never engaged with their service.
I've sent an email to them via a contact form to ask my information is removed and that I have refused the delivery of the box with Royal Mail. I don't even have any log in details as far as I'm aware for their service.

Another one being scammed by outfittery. Formally stitch fix customer whose details seem to have been sold to this company. I have never set up an account or ordered anything from them by they apparently sent a box and are chasing payment. I don't even live at the address anymore. Will be pursuing as needed with bank and trading standards

Outfittery automatically signed me up without even notifying me. Next minute I get an email saying my delivery is on the way. Tried contacting them and response time was awful. Royal Mail returned the box to them as I was not in. Told then account would be deleted and thought that would be the end of it.
Weeks later, I receive a payment email saying I owe over £400! Emailed Outfittery saying I never ordered or received anything. Told on 05 Jun that they could see items were returned and my account would again be deleted.
Wrong! Email 12 Jun saying I owe £44.99 for item I kept! Awful company and will no doubt take them ages to reply to my email sent today.

Similar to many other reviews here I believe my details were handed over to Outfittery then they took over from Stitch Fix in the UK. I did not register with Outfittery when prompted to do so, but they have proceeded to send me £500+ worth of clothes to my previous address which I no longer live at. I have had to cancel my credit card to try and stop payment as there is no way to cancel the subsciption/amend the address without signing up for an account which I am absolutely not doing after the experience I have had so far with this company.

Nie dort etwas bestellen! Haben mir noch bevor das Paket kam, den Betrag abgebucht und trotz Rücksendung des ganzen Pakets, den Betrag nicht zurück erstattet. Man erreicht niemanden per Telefon und auf die Nachrichten wird nicht reagiert! Seit 4 Wochen nun schon. Das ist reine Abzocke was die da machen! Ich will mein Geld zurück, sonst muss ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Beware of this scam! I didn’t even have an outfittery account, but they sent a box to my home address without me knowing as I was away at the time. After finding out, I froze my card so they couldn’t take any money, and then they started sending me demands and threatening letters for nearly £700, even though I’d sent the box back.

Awful. Was with stitch fix never actively signed up to it, sent clothes, having read reviews sent straight back without trying on but checking everything in on the list they said. When confirmed received back they said I had kept a top. It took over 2 months to accept this including them threatening to send the debt collectors. Next step is to get them to delete all my details

Avoid at all costs! I had a delivery in February. Despite sending four emails, and getting constant emails back stating they are busy and will get back to me ASAP, I am now being threatened with debt collection for an order that was returned two months ago! Not a patch on stitch fix, shocking customer service.
