Very kind and accommodating people. Since I discovered this service, I have not bought anymore clothes in a shop.

I was ‘sold’ to outfittery as a stitch fix customer without my consent (as far as I know). I was told they were sending a box and the process to try to stop it required me to confirm various items of information. I tried to stop the box but it still came. Acting in good faith, I kept about £300 worth of items and returned £180. Despite this outfittery has now charged me the full invoice of £598. I spoke to them on the phone but despite promising a resolution they haven’t followed up. This feels like a very expensive scam. Beware! Don’t use!

I have just received a box of clothes out of the blue. I have phoned their customer service and stitch fix gave all my details to Outfittery including bank details. the guy was helpful and apologised and just said to return them all. They were using an old email address which is why I had no warning. I don't remember giving stitch fix permission to do this, but there we go.

Information sent on from the collapsed Stitchfix, charged £463.95 for a box of clothes I returned that I never ordered. Returns address in Northampton I dont think even exists!! My bank says its Royal Mail's fault for not getting a proof of signature on the box so I'm really stuck trying to get this huge amount of money back for overpriced clothes that are god know where :(

They sent me a box of 5 items. I sent all back. Now they are trying to charge me for Two items I never received. I have contacted them about this nearly two weeks ago and had no response. The invoice and the box itself does not match and they have made a mistake!! Outrageous and I am very, very unhappy. Also want it cancelled. They are no where near as good as Stitch Fix.

I received a box from OUTFITTERY in January. I kept one item and returned the rest, following their process. I expected to be charged for the one item but suddenly £556 left my account. They have not responded to emails, calls or Instagram messages about this and I am currently at a loss as to what to do…

I have used Outfittery for a few months and just decided to cancel my subscription.

After being billed the wrong amount, and then trying to resolve this issue, I have written Outfittery at 3 separate occasions, without getting a single reply back... simply not professional. Their call service (tried 2 times) also just shut down the call automatically.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Same as all the other reviews. There has been a data breach. They should not have my details. It's illegal. I'm throwing the clothes in the bin and cancelling my cards. There are not getting my money or the clothes back. Very angry and disappointed.

I was a previous stitchfix customer and my data was clearly sold to this company. I never signed up nor created an account, yet I was sent a box of clothes that I will undoubtedly be charged for. I have called and emailed but no response! I don't know what to do. This can't be legal surely?

I am yet another one who has been contacted by this company. They had emailed saying I need to activate my account, but I had not even opened the emails. They appear to have activated it without any input from me and sent me a box!
They have my details from stitch fix including bank details. I have cancelled my bankcard given that other reviews have expressed concerns and I am tracking the return of the box. A lot of unwanted admin faff!
This is a service I am interested in but this is a very poor way of trying to draw in customers. Stay well clear.

I'm joining the annoyance being aired by others regarding this company acquiring the client base from Stitch. I didn't consent to this or to receive a box. I tried contacting them on receipt of an email saying a box was on its way but got no response; and their phone line is constantly busy...you're on hold and then after 10 mins it ends the call. The box arrived. Thankfully I was in and refused delivery. So it never crossed my threshold. I've now received an email acknowledging it's return and notifying me of the charge that will be made for non-returned items. The box wasn't accepted; let alone opened and any items taken out. So now I'll have to do everything online... as I can't get to speak to anyone. I don't hold out much hope as to date I've not had a single response to my emails. So if they charge my card then it will be handed over to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge.

Taken my details from Stitch fix. Asked me to register online but didn't now i have £400 worth of clothes. The selection is awful as well. I've tried contacting customer service when I first got the email to say the box was being dispatched but no luck. Customer service looks like they have given up. No response on their instagram page either.

I have never given this company any of my details or made an account with them and now they have sent me a box full of £500 worth of clothes. It seems they've bought out stitch fix and automatically taken control of my data without my permission.
Beware of this company. Check your junk folder for emails from them. That's where all mine were, and I of course assumed it was a scam when a company I've never heard of start telling me my order is on its way.

I’m sure they’re breaching GDPR. Just seem an email confirming my order for £500 is on its way…? After a bit of digging it looks like they have decided to pick up my stitch fix orders after they closed down. Looks like they have my name, email, address, payment details and I didn’t give it to them!

Now to make sure they don’t take my £500!

Have been a customer for 2-3 years and I really like the concept. It saves me a lot of time and headaches, since I do not like shopping myself.

Scam...they will charge you and say that you never returned all the items

Not happy that stitch fix have given my data to outfittery. Surely this is braking GRDP rules. I had an email to ask me to activate my account I ignored as I thought it was spam and a follow up saying my first box was coming. So I then looked back at the original email to discover that it mentions stitch fix! Nor good business practice!

Breach of GDPR rules transferring peoples personal data from Stitch and Fix on the basis that; The UK GDPR sets a high standard for consent, which must be unambiguous and involve a clear affirmative action (an opt-in).
