Ordered a replacement for a cherished mirrored bhudda that sat proudly in my hall and was a gift from my late father, after a major flood in our home my picture was so badly damaged and none repairable, I was heartbroken, but I found the identical replacement from this amazing company.

We are so pleased with the vanity and Hollywood mirror that we ordered. Although the item took a while to come back into stock, I was kept informed throughout. I expected it to be delivered with some assembly required on our part, but the driver took everything upstairs to the required bedroom, unboxed and put the unit together for us which he didn’t have to do.

In addition, the vanity was mistakenly advertised to include a Hollywood mirror in the main title of the advert, but in the description it said that the mirror wasn’t included which I hadn’t spotted, so I didn’t order a separate mirror on this basis. However, they acknowledged the error and went above and beyond and honoured the advert and provided the mirror for no additional cost which I thought was really great of them.

We are so pleased with it and it looks great in our daughter’s bedroom. Would 100% recommend this company.

I originally was going to order direct for the dressing table until i found outlet and mirrors and furniture were stockists of it. I rang them up and the lovely guy on the phone said they had one in stock and would deliver free of charge! He delivered the dressing table a few days later. My daughter loves it! Its perfect! Would highly recommend this company!

Outlet Mirrors and Furniture are a professional, helpful company.
We ordered a Diamond Crush dressing table then separately the Diamond Crush Tallboy, at the time both were shown to be in stock, however a minor admin error meant that it did not show the dressing table out of stock.
We were quickly contacted by the company with an apology, and offered the plain mirrored dressing table as an alternative, which we accepted.
Outlet Mirrors then contacted us again to state even though the two items were ordered separately they would ship them together, saving two delivery costs, on top of this by way of a further apology, they offered to supply the Diamond crush Tri Fold Mirror and Dressing Table Stool free of charge. we were delighted! as we would have ordered these as well if we could have afforded them, in addition they refunded the difference in cost of the two dressing tables back into our account within days.
I have no reservations about highly rating this company and will happily recommend them to others.

We had a lovely crushed diamond tv unit delivered today by Marcus he was very polite and very helpful, the service and quality of the furniture is absolutely outstanding. Will be buying from them again. I would highly recommend buying from genuine and honest company.

Ordered on the Saturday and expected to wait up to 28 days for deliver - 5 days later my lovely new dressing table arrived. Excellent communication. Driver rang an hour before he was due to arrive and he helped my husband carry it upstairs. The dressing table is very heavy - well built and arrived extremely well packaged. I’ll be back for more items. Highly recommend. (Edited to say using my husbands Trustpilot profile as I doubt he’d think my new dressing table is “lovely” because he doesn’t do bling!

What a genuinely lovely man. We ordered the crushed diamond sets for our daughter. We were given a live shipping link so could track our order. Marcus rang us the day it landed at their warehouse and delivered it that afternoon. Fantastic service. In terms of the goods, these are well built and look and feel very sturdy. We’re really pleased with them and the service has been brilliant. I don’t leave many reviews but good old fashioned manners and going out of your way for people deserves praise. Thank you.
