I bought these about a week ago. Had one minor order issue and found the customer service (Renz) friendly and helpful. They resolved it in a couple of days. The sleepbuds themselves are terrific and comfortable, even when I sleep on my side. I like the different white noise options.

Price: $349.00 is a lot of money but you have to do the math. The warranty is valid for 366 days. If hypothetically they die on day 367 you would have paid .98 cents a day for a good night sleep. That is so much cheaper than a cup of Starbucks, hell even a k-cup will cost you close to that. So, the cost to me is a moot point. Keep in mind they are in your head for 2912 hours a year on average so that needs to be factored in too. No, they are not going to last forever solely because of the tiny batteries that keep these things up and running. Obviously can’t speak on how long we will actually get out of the OZLO’s model. But I am good with a full year at $349.00 and you will too.

Extended Warranty: I never sign up for the additional warranty. (Amazon offers one) However, with the past history of the Bose 1 and Bose 2 (which had lasting battery issues after a year) I would toss in the extra $51.99 that will guarantee you three full years of use. (Math on that .38 cents a day for three years now we are getting close to free)

What they are not: If you are looking for awesome base, treble, noise cancelling and cell phone call capabilities these are not your buds. These are SLEEP BUDS. So please don’t complain about the sound quality, they are for blowing static though your brain not listening to Bach. They are designed to mask the noises in your sleep environment so, you don’t have to grab your pillow and blanket and run to the guest room while you are trying to sleep next to your freight train partner. They do an amazing job of drowning out the snorer, lip smacker and heavy breather sleeping next to you.

Packaging: Who cares they could ship them in a Ziplock bag for all I care. But they did come in a nice sturdy box.

Comfort: I am the girl that the Air Pods start to make my ears ache after a short while. OZLO are super comfortable, and yes I sleep on my side. No complaints at all about comfort. They come with different size casing to customize the fit for different size ears.

Alarm: How considerate that my alarm does not wake up my husband. The sound turns off, which in my case wakes me up, then it plays a soft chime. Different alarms on different days can be saved and very easily changed.
Warning: These things are addictive! Once you get used to them (maybe 2 or 3 nights) you will not be able to sleep without them. They will become your new best friend. I am serious. I was living in fear that my Bose2 were going to die prior to OZLO releasing their model. I purchased OZLO ‘s on day 1. (Didn’t do the kick start solely because I wanted a warranty and still had my old Bose2 up and running)
Time: I have used these every single night since purchased in Oct 2024. Absolutely no issues.
Recommendation: Make sure you do any of the software updates hours prior to bedtime. Made that mistake once had to hang out for at least 20 minutes before they rebooted.
Customer Service: I have never had to contact them so I cannot speak on this area. Also neither have my 4 friends who are addicted as well.

In conclusion I have turned 4 friends onto these and all 4 have hit buy day one after they were released. So, if you too sleep next to a freight train partner give these a try, you have nothing to lose with a 30-day money back guarantee. I never write reviews, but I want OZLO to live on forever, so I don’t have to move out of the master bedroom.

Ozlo is designed by former Bose engineers who realized people need the best sound masking for good sleep. The features such as falling asleep listening to a music or audiobook with a masking sound activating after falling asleep is a nice addition, also the increase battery life can last the full time during the sleep phase. Ozlosleep is an improvement over the Bose sleep buds, (I owned 2 sets) and loved them.

My experience was excellent because the company provided exactly what was promised, with no hidden issues. Communication was clear, and I felt like they genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. They are doing a great job by being reliable, professional, and making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I appreciated how quickly they responded to questions and how transparent they were throughout the experience.

These little things pack a big punch in terms of sleep quality. They are extremely comfortable, last at least 8 hours and have many different sounds to fit your sleeping needs. I have been using these every night for the last year and can’t imagine life without them. I also use them when in need of a nice meditation after a stressful day. I work in Law Enforcement and I’ll say these help after those tough days. Great job Ozlo….great job.

Great customer services, product works really well once properly set up. If you have realistic expectations they are really fantastic.

It does take some time to get them going, so be ready for that. There were a couple of teething problems but the responses were so fast that things were resolved very quickly.

The sleepbuds enable me to sleep through my wife’s loud snoring.

The most remarkable experience was when my dog got one of the sleepbuds and damaged it beyond repair: Ozlo promptly shipped a replacement bud at a very low cost to me, despite the fact that this was not their fault. The new bud was easy to set up.

The customer service is amazing. I lost one of the earbuds and contacted company to see if they had a “Find My” feature. They said they didn’t but it was something their technology developers would look into adding. In the meantime, they sent me a replacement earbud (at no cost to me) with instructions on how to pair. It was fairly easy to pair and now I have a functioning set. Customer service was incredibly responsive. I do agree with other reviews regarding the difficulty of pairing in the evening to their night sounds but find connecting to Spotify on my iPhone very easy. The sound quality is excellent and they do not make my ears sore. Would recommend!

High maintenance!!! My husband got us these a while ago. The pairing process is a long, multi step process. After the second night my ears were sore and I can’t just put them in and go to bed because of pairing. Fast forward: wanted to try them again because my husband is on a 48 hour call shift and I want to sleep through the phone ringing. But it has been an hour of software updates, and despite that, I can’t even listen to any sounds because EVERY INDIVIDUAL SOUND requires a 15 minute update. These inconveniences should have been well oiled and figured out before launching such an expensive product. I don’t recommend, unless you’ve got loads of time to burn before needing them. When they’re in - if only using a night at a time - they are nice for noise canceling. But again, my ears were too sore to use them multiple nights in a row. They are fussy and cost me more sleep than I get from them.

My husband snores so loud that I sleep in a room on the other side of the house. Vacations are a nightmare. He snores loud enough that I can hear it through earplugs. I've tried regular earbuds, but they aren't comfortable and it's a pain to change all my phone settings so that music will play without hearing notifications for other apps.

My sleep buds are very comfortable. I don't wake up with sore ears and they stay in place even though I roll around a lot in my sleep.

I can't give 5 stars because I agree with other reviews that they don't quickly or easily connect. It usually takes me a few tries of flipping the case lid open and closed, but at most it's like 30 seconds of inconvenience.

Excellent customer support. Love the product but my dog bit one of the earbuds. I contacted customer support via email and after a few days, they sent me a single right ear bud with easy instructions how to update and pair.

An absolute game changer for a peaceful night's sleep with a partner who regularly snores. I wouldn't be without these now, and I find the gentle masking sounds comforting as well as being useful to mask the noise of snoring.

First of all the Ozlo Sleepbuds are really great and I enjoy them every night. I am suffering from tinnitus and they really helped me a lot to increase the quality of my sleep!
However, I will not go into technical details because there are enough reviews focusing on this part.
I will focus on support: When I got my Sleepbuds everything worked well at the beginning but after some time one of the sleepbuds had some connection error. I got in touch with the customer support of Ozlo and my experience was great: I got an reply to my inital question within a few hours even as it was on weekend. I got some very polite advises which I tested out. However, the advises did not solve the problem, so the customer support immidiatly offered me to swap out the whole unit. I got a ticket to send the sleepbuds back and within 2 days I received my new one! And they are perfect again!
So, all in all the customer support was great, very fast, very polite and very helpfull. I can fully recommend the Ozlo sleepbuds in every sense!!

I have tinnitus and the Ozlo sleepbuds help manage the ringing when I go to bed. I love the Bluetooth connection to Spotify and I also love the alarm feature. I travel and go camping a lot and always take my Ozlo sleepbuds with me. They are a game changer and I can't imagine trying to sleep without them.

As an Indiegogo investor in Ozlosleep Sleep Buds, I anxiously looked forward to great sleep despite my partner's snoring. I had tried other earbuds designed for sleep, but I never found them to be effective at blocking out the noise. From my first night using my Ozlo Buds and one of the many masking sounds on the app, I have slept undisturbed. The company has been very responsive when I have had a question about an update or anything else. My husband now has his own Ozlo Sleepbuds because I sleep so soundly now that I sometimes snore!

Their product is excellent. I use them every night with sleeping success. Good quality product. They stay in my ears, unlike anything else I have tried.

Amazing buds that's really helped me sleep much better than ever. Astonishing software that has functions for everything you need and more. It is pricey but worth it 100 times over for sleep.

They are fabulous. I use the Ozlo sleep buds every night to drown out the sound of my husband’s snoring. Sometimes if I can’t sleep, I switch from the ambient sounds to a podcast or music on Spotify. They are the best.

I used to own the Sleepbuds from Bose and I am very happy that Ozlo has brought a further development to the market. At first I had connection problems with my Sleepbuds, but the support responded quickly to my email on a Saturday. With the help of a firmware update, everything now works perfectly.

Have been told the replacement for my faulty sleep-buds are on their way.....yaa!

If it would work it would be such a great product. Unfortunately the right earbud is constantly producing a tinnitus sound during playback, much like an outdated transistor, opposite of relaxing experience. Not usable. Multiple people have reported the same issues on reddit.
