Hi Bev,

I appreciate you taking the time to share exactly what happened, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have felt to receive far more heaters than you expected. Thank you for being clear about the experience, it helps us improve how we guide customers through the ordering and returns process.

While I cannot speak to every detail of what occurred on your end, I do acknowledge how overwhelming it would be to suddenly receive multiple large packages, especially when the next steps were not clear to you. Situations like this are precisely why we continuously work on making our checkout and communication processes clearer. Your feedback highlights areas where we can continue improving.

I want you to know that I am taking your case seriously. I will personally handle this for you, and I will also make sure you are prioritized by support. To move forward at the highest priority, I have used the Trustpilot feature to request your order number. Since this is a different platform, we cannot see your complete details or order information here, which is why we need that order number from you. Once we have it, I will ensure your situation is resolved with priority and care.

Please respond as soon as possible with those details so I can take over your case directly.

Sincerely,
JD from Ozzi Mozzie

Hi there,

It means so much to hear how your Ozzi Mozzie zappers have made such a difference for your wife and friend, especially with their allergies to mosquito bites. Knowing that you can now enjoy your deck without the hassle of sprays or heavy clothing is exactly the kind of freedom we hope our products bring. Living out in the wilderness certainly comes with its share of bug challenges, so it is wonderful to know the zappers are keeping the peace. We are also so grateful that you have shared your experience with friends, as word-of-mouth from happy customers like you is the greatest compliment we could receive.

Sincerely,
JD from Ozzi Mozzie
