Took a little too long to arrive. But contents still good

Great for spreading joy to family and friends! Ordering was easy and I was kept notified every step of the way about delivery. Arrived on time. A great service to have!

Package did not arrive. Order was placed on Oct27, shipping info said it should arrive 2-4 business days. It's still In Transit as of Nov3. Package is meant to be Halloween treat for my son in college. Really disappointed.

The shipping experience is absolutely terrible! It was suppose to be delivered on Friday the 11th FedEx hasn’t been able to deliver and keeps sending to the wrong address. Waiting to see if they will actually hold it at the store I requested. There’s no reason I should have to pay $15 for the cheapest shipping and it still be terrible.

It’s fun to choose my own items for the gift. I thought the prices and selections were great and my son loved it.

My girlfriend loved the package I sent her. The note you have the option you write comes in a cute little card which was a nice surprise.

The only downside I could think of is that order took a bit to process but that may have been something on my end.

Cool idea for a college student. Some of the things are a little expensive for what they are and some things were out of stock. Shipped fast. There’s no way to log in and check the status of your package so you have to wait for them to email you updates which is slightly annoying. Overall a good experience though. I prefer to make a care package homemade even though it will usually end up much more expensive than this one. It’s a lot more personal and your selection is only limited by what’s available at the grocery store.

Son loved the package. Said it had so many different things and was happy at the variety. Only complaint was I paid for 2-4 day shipping on August 29th and it didn't arrive until Sept 9th which obviously makes that expense a bad investment.

Thank you, I enjoy sending care packages to my son in college, I loved the fact that i can chose what i want to send to fit my son's likes. Which that there were a few more options on fast meals.
The only thing i wasn't too happy about was the fact that it too SO long. I have mailed packages overseas that took shorter time to arrive.
Having said that, the website it's easy to use.
