I was quite satisfied! I appreciated how we could order a package ahead of time and schedule it to arrive on a certain date. The variety of things to put in care packages was great!

My boyfriend lives in the States and I live in Canada and I wanted to send him a cute surprise. Very happy that I was able to customize my package and it got delivered super fast. Most definitely will reuse and recommend this service.

I really like everything about this service. I used it when I was studying abroad to send people back home birthday presents. I loves how you could pick what you wanted to send instead of just sending one that had already been made. The only thing I didn’t like was the $20 minimum, but other then that I really liked it.

Loved customizing my care package since my kids are picky about their snacks. Some items were out of stock, but I was able to find other things for them.

This company is AMAZING. It is everything I love about making care packages on one website. My brothers are picky, so I can never use any of the "premade" packages on Amazon. With Package Penguin, I was able to pick the foods, drinks, fun items, and color scheme! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Definitely a fan of this service. There are plenty of things to choose from and the process as a whole is easy and efficient. The only small problem that I had was that I thought it took a little long to actually be process and shipped but that was a minor issue made even smaller by the fact that everything was packaged nicely and the message was received.

Have ordered from this site many times and it never disappoints! Always a great gift and enjoyed by everyone I’ve sent too.

My experience with package penguin had some difficulties but because of the way the handled themselves I still am giving them 5 stars. I ordered a package for a friend and paid for the shipping to get it there at a certain date. However, after 7 days passed that date it still had not arrived. I called customer service and they immediately looked into it and helped me. Even though it seemed like a problem with the postal service and not them they took full responsibility and gave me a complete refund. They were so helpful and even though my experience wasn’t what I had wanted, I will definitely be using them again.

Great experience! Everything was in the package and my person loved it! The only suggestion I have is that when you re ordering, set the delivery date 2 or 3 days before you actually need it, just incase something happens and it has to arrive later. I did that and I’m glad I did. Other than that, Package Penguin was amazing!

I am a repeat customer, so me let start off by saying the first 3 times were great. This time not so much. It took a while to ship and the worst part about this shopping experience, they left out the very important message that was supposed to accompany the care package. :( Very sad. The owner of the company reached out to me once I brought it to their attention about the order going out without my note. He was kind enough to offer to send a letter separately with my note. I decided to send my son a note myself rather than that coming from the company. Had they offered to give me some sort of discount for my next order right then when they were notified of the error I would have accepted it and left a higher rating. The owner called me after this review and told me it was not nice to leave them a 2 star. So I've changed my rating to 3 stars to try and help them out. Yet I do not appreciate being told my review was "unfair" what was unfair was my order not going out with the long detailed message I wrote. What was unfair was not even offering me a 5% or 10% discount towards my next order. That is very disappointing. Being a veteran and military mom I send a lot of care packages, this is not the kind of treatment I deserve! Or anyone deserves! :(

They were very quick with delivery and had many options to choose from when creating my package. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely use this company again for any other care packages.
