The accommodations were fabulous. The surprise destination was Hot Springs and my wife and I had a very relaxing Labor Day weekend thanks to pack up and go!

Customer service was outstanding! We needed an additional hotel room and they were quick to respond with a complimentary upgrade so our rooms could be close to each other. Some of us are already planning for another trip next year! Highly recommend! Made my 50th birthday surprise trip the very best it could be!

Wonderful experience. The stay, the tours, the time to explore. Will 100% do again. The only bummer (which was definitely not their fault) was our flight to our destination was delayed so we didn’t get to open to the envelope the day of to reveal our surprise destination. But everything we did was spot on with how we like to vacation.

This was a fabulous experience. My son and I flew from Texas to Philadelphia which met all the criteria on our pre-trip surveys: not someplace too hot, we like sports and history. We saw a professional baseball game from great seats, stayed at a gorgeous hotel so close to Independence Hall we could hear the bells, had a gourmet dinner, and a very enjoyable visit to the Museum of the American Revolution. We even had an Uber payment number that covered transportation expense. Everything was organized so well and almost all was located within walking distance had we not branched out to see even more sites. We were never treated like "oh, you have a voucher" as the entire trip was created like a true vacation. We felt like a valued guest at the hotel and each event/location we attended. We highly recommend Pack Up & Go to anyone/everyone. Thank you, Pack Up & Go for the memories you helped us make!

Resort was very nice and served awesome breakfast every morning. Wish trip distance was further than 4 hrs. For road trips, add question for distance clients would like to travel. Not a lot planned other than dinner and a tour of resort. Avoid fancy high end restaurants on a road trip. Gave our dinner reservation to the resort owner to enjoy. We planned our own adventures each day, driving to see sights further than our location to make the most of our road trip. May consider again. A little pricey!

The customer service was exceptional! Prior to the trip, we enjoyed our emails with packing tips, weather forecasts, etc. During the trip, we made several contacts to change times of activities, etc. both times, the support was immediate and positive. You can trust these people to take care of you! Our planned activities and reservations were well planned and right up our alley; planners obviously took our questionnaires seriously. We enjoyed activities that we would not have known about on our own. It was a wonderful trip.

We did a surprise destination trip for our friend’s 50th birthday! It was amazing. We went to Santa Barbara Cali! Our hotel was fabulous. Right on the water with a pool and sun Deck. Palm trees, sun, sand, beach, kayak trip. We came in under budget and had money for Uber and a restaurant. The kayak excursion was planned by Pack Up and Go and included in our budget. Santa Barbara is a wonderful getaway and Pack up and Go nailed it. They gave us everything we wanted for a girls trip. Shopping restaurants walking sight seeing and more!! Air travel was smooth. And customer service was rapid. We got an extra room at the hotel upon arrival and Pack Uo and Go took care of it all. Even getting us the partner rate and comping an upgrade. Dinner reservations were amazing too!

Our Pack Up & Go vacation was so much fun! Half the fun is in the surprise. We knew we would be driving within 4 or so hours of home and were excited to find out on the morning of our trip we were going to Louisville, since we'd never been. The Omni Hotel was 5 stars! Walking distance to almost everything we did. Pack Up & Go gives you a link to what's happening in town and we found out that The Black Crowes were playing just 3 blocks from our hotel. Of course we got tickets. Everything recommended was interesting and fun. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience. Great recommendations, good planning, good value. Would recommend if you don’t want/don’t have the mental space to plan something.

This company surprised us with accomodations we wouldnt typically pick for ourselves but it was such a treat. From the activities to the timeline you could tell attention to detail was paid. We cant wait to book our next trip and we would recommend to anyone!!

Hotel was VERY nice -way above average! Flight times were great so that we could use time to the max. Suggestions given were beneficial. Food tour & restaurants were exceptional. First day needed a better activity during the day (only thing scheduled was hotel pool time)

My sister and I were planned a 4-night trip to Chicago! We had an absolute blast. Pack Up & Go had pre-paid for 1-2 activities each day, and a dinner reservation for each night. It made everything so easy - we didn’t have to waste time thinking about where to eat - and had something exciting to do each day. We still had a good amount of free time, which we used to relax and explore (and checked out some of the other recommendations listed for us). The materials were well-assembled and easy to follow. I’ve been telling all of my friends about this trip and will definitely use Pack Up & Go in the future!

We enjoyed the activities that were planned for us but outside of those there wasn’t a ton of kid friendly activities that wasn’t a version of something we had already done.

If you’re up for adventure and enjoy spontaneity - this is for you. My wife and I will be using this service again!

While a bit expensive, they booked unique activities that we would have never booked ourselves. And they all occurred right when we wanted them and gave us an experience we didn’t even think was possible

This was an incredible experience that we will never forget! Our family made memories that will last a lifetime. It helped remind us of the value of patience and the beauty of surprise in this fast paced world. My husband & I were able to relax without having to plan which allowed us both to fully live in the moment with our kids. We were able to see a part of the world we would not have ever planned for ourselves. We are forever grateful for the Pack Up & Go team helping give our family this amazing trip!

The hotel was super cool! Really helped to immerse us in the history. Now it was SUPER hot, nothing that can be done about that, but even despite that it was a blast. Our personal tour of the National Mall was so informative and inspired us to see even more! The only negative was I wish we had longer! Also, the Floriana - had the BEST garlic pesto oil for their bread and I will dream about it!
