Our trip was to Richmond, VA. Every experience booked for us was thoughtfully put together based on our interests and thoroughly enjoyable. The absolute highlight was a private zoo experience where we got to enter the penguin enclosure and meet penguins up close and personal.

The timing of the experiences and dinners were perfectly structured to allow us to fully enjoy ourselves but not need to rush. And each dining location met the dietary requirements we had mentioned.

I enjoyed not having to plan a trip! I'm used to getting decision fatigue by all the choices. The hotel and restaurants were places we would have never chosen on our own. I do wish we were given an itemized receipt of where our money went. We had some issues with the valet (they didn't believe we had prepaid, and they still charged us a fee), but I'm not sure if that is the fault of the hotel or Pack Up + Go. We did eventually get a refund from them.

We have scheduled a Pack Up & Go trip for our anniversary for the past 3 years. Up until this last trip, every experience had been amazing and we looked forward to this years surprise. Unfortunately our trip was a bit stressed because the events scheduled on the day of our actual anniversary were rescheduled with out any notice so we ended up missing it. I don't know about many of you but I don't tend to check my email while on vacation. We went by what was scheduled in our packet. It would have been nice to have a phone call prior to the changed event so that we would not have missed it. The event company couldn't reach me directly since the only phone number they had on the reservation was for Pack Up & Go and they received no response. Luckily, I receive a partial refund. Other than this mishap our vacation was very relaxing and we got to visit a great place that we are eager to go back to.

I had such an amazing experience with Pack Up + Go and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free way to travel. From start to finish, everything was so thoughtfully planned. The hotel was incredible—truly luxurious and such a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

One of my favorite parts was that all of my dinners were scheduled in advance, and every single restaurant was a great choice. It made the trip feel seamless and took away the usual stress of researching and making reservations. The activities they planned were also so much fun and added a lot to the overall experience.

I had mentioned ahead of time that I would be traveling solo, and they clearly took that into account. I felt comfortable and safe everywhere I went, which made such a difference. They even provided an Uber voucher to help me get around more easily, although I ended up doing a lot of walking and still felt totally at ease.

Not knowing where I was going until the morning of was honestly the best part—it made the whole trip feel like an exciting surprise and added such a unique element to the experience. And it’s funny because whenever you tell people about the concept, they get so excited and invested in guessing where you’ll end up—it makes it even more fun!

Overall, it was such a memorable and enjoyable trip. I’d 100% do it again!

My friend and I went on a trip to celebrate our 30 years of friendship and this was a great way to do it! We were able to experience things we wouldn't typically have thought to do and didn't have to make several decisions. Pack up and go provided a tailored experience for us as well as suggestions around the area. I am already in conversations with others to go again!

I was disappointed with what my budget covered, and the departure time from the location wasted an entire day! I tried to make changes well before the trip date once I realized that I grossly OVERbudgeted, and instead of getting some money back or additional amenities, I am left wondering how my $4K+ was allocated for a barely 3-day trip that included ONE dinner.

Another great trip in the books! Pack Up + Go found us a beautiful hotel in a great location for all the things we wanted to see! We loved the restaurants they recommended! The Charlotte bus tour was so interesting and we enjoyed the NASCAR Hall of Fame which we probably wouldn't have chosen on our own! Every trip we book with them shows us fun things to do in cities all over the county!

Overall it was a fun trip. One of our activities got canceled due to weather and they called right away to try and plan something new for us (we opted for a refund). Our activities were planned for the middle of the day, which is fine, but made it really hard to do other things with the time constraints. We were just kind of left feeling like while we enjoyed the location, enjoyed the activity we did do, we could have planned a better trip for what we spent.

Loved the suspense, they took us somewhere we would have never gone before. They were super helpful and responsive. Would do it again!

The entire Pack Up and Go experience was magical! We loved NOT knowing where we were going and loved the selections/suggestions made for us. Best of all was the customer service — we were nervous about TSA delays ruining our trip, but they assured us that they were on top of any wrinkles and making adjustments and we didn’t need to worry. They were right!

Pack Up + Go did an excellent job with pre-planned activities as well as giving us great lists of recommendations. The meal reservations were delicious as were two of the recommended spots. The pre-planned tour was informative and a great way to start our vacation. One of the highlights of our trip was one of the recommended tours! The only negative (outside of their control) was TSA and a quicker than comfortable layover.

What a great surprise trip to New Orleans! Everything was planned out perfectly. I love that we had an early flight on our departure and a late flight on our return. It gave us three full days for fun! All of the trip reservations and recommendations were awesome! The location could not have been better! Thanks for a great trip!

Pack Up + Go provided a great surprise experience for my wife's 50th birthday. Very well communicated plan and documents to guide us through the trip. Reservations were great and easy. When we had questions and changes, the customer service was extraordinary! They responded within minutes every time!

I booked a 3 night 4 day for me and my 17 year old son. It was very exciting and the morning of we finally opened our envelope and we went to San Diego California! Neither of us had been to San Diego and it was beautiful.

The area we stayed in was fluent with the homeless just hanging outside of our hotel. But the hotel itself was amazing and the staff was amazing. The hotel was situated right at the trolley that we could jump on to go anywhere.

We stayed within walking distance of many eating places and a gas station.

The activities that were planned and paid for were exactly what my son would enjoy.

All in all our experience was amazing. My only complaint was the price. I am a penny pincher and when I added up all of the travel and activities and rounded up generously. I paid 4,000 and everything added up was 2,000. I feel like they could have paid for more transportation or gift cards for dinner. I didnt realize their fee was 2k.

Besides that the trip was amazing and they did a fantastic job picking the location and activities.

This was the best experience! We stayed at an amazing hotel and they picked activities we probably would have never thought of or booked ourselves. It couldn’t have gone any better. They even included a numbered map with things to do/eat/see in each area. We never had to think or waste time wondering what we should do. Definitely doing this every year!

Our couple trip was so much fun! Loved all the spontaneous reservations and the other suggestions if we wanted to go off script. Would definitely used Pack Up + Go again and recommend to friends!

This trip was a retirement gift. My friend and I expressed our wishes carefully so we were apprehensive that the Pack Up and Go experience would fulfill that dream trip. Everything was perfect. The experience of opening the packet waiting for our shuttle to the airport was so much fun! The flights were scheduled so that we had 3 full days of experiencing Philadelphia. There were early and late evening flights but this way we got it all! Our hotel was perfect and centrally located. The tours, reservations and recommendations were exactly what we wanted. We loved it so much that we are thinking of booking another trip soon but this time with our husbands! We appreciated the updates in weather and delayed flights as they occurred.

The name of the company is PackUp and Go. What makes them different is that we did not know where we were going until the morning we left.
Here is how it works: you give them a budget and fill out a survey. They book the airfare, hotel, activities and dining. Everything was included but food and drinks. They sent us a packing list with the weather for our destination earlier in the week. They updated the weather the day before we left. They also sent an envelope that had the destination and itinerary. (This could have been opened at any time but we decided to open it the morning we left. )
Our budget was $2,000 per person. The trip was 5 days. This included airfare from MD to San Diego.(we did pay more to upgrade our seats. But you can tell them you want upgraded seats ahead of time.) Our hotel was the Pendry hotel in the Gas Lamp District of San Diego. They booked a coffee tasting( we decided not to do this so we just let them know and they canceled it) a comedy show at the Civic Arena, an escape room and a hop on hop off trolley trip. These things were all included in our budget. They then made reservations for a speak easy and dinner each night. They gave us a list of restaurants and activities they recommended. We spent a day in La Jolla, on Coronado Island, and in the city. The recommendations were great we tried some of the places they recommended and enjoyed them as well.
We had a great time with no stress. The customer service was amazing. They were very responsive.
They work with lots of budgets. You can drive or fly. We said we wanted someplace warm. They can not guarantee the weather but they pick something that should work for you.
